I woke up at 9 am. It was a Saturday, it was sunny out. I heard the birds chirping outside my window. I ran to the phone and dialed Alexis's number. "Alexis! Today is the day!" i screamed into the phone completely forgetting about what happened yesterday. "I know! The One Direction concert!" she replied. We both screamed into the phone hurting each other's ear drums. My mom came out of her room, i could tell that she cried herself to sleep due to the running eyeliner on her face. I felt bad. I choked up and cried into my mother's arms. I hung up on Alexis while she was still screaming. My mom kissed my forehead and told me to get ready. 

The concert was going to be at 7:30 pm, but it was about a half an hour away from our town so i had to leave early, plus the traffic. I ran to my bathroom and brushed my teeth. I took a long shower, washed my hair, shaved my legs, and such. I got out of the bathroom and put my jean shorts on. It was hot! Probably 94 degrees outside. I looked for my the One Direction shirt me and Alexis made. It had a picture of the boys with our last names on the back. I looked in my drawers, closet, under my bed, EVERYWHERE! I walked out of my room with only a green bra on. "Mom! Mom! Do you know where my 1D shirt went!?" i yelled hoping for a reply.  My mom was in the backyard talking to Alexis's mom who was in her backyard with their dog. She yelled back "I don't know where it went Jasmine, don't ask me!" I turned around, and saw that my dog had a shirt in it's mouth. "Andy!" i screamed. I ran up to him to pull it out, but it ripped even more. It was my One Direction shirt. It had a big hole in the middle, with slobber all over it. "Andy! What did you do!?" he looked at me with his big green puppy eyes, but i forgave him and gave him a hug. I walked over to Alexis's house, she was in the backyard also. I gave Alexis's mom a hug. I knew that she knew about my father's death because there were tears in her eyes. My mom and Alexis's mom were close, really close. And so were we. We were the perfect best friends.

We walked in Alexis's room and i told her how my beagle ate the crap out of my shirt. She laughed and so did I. She told me that it didn't matter and that she wasn't going to wear her 1D shirt because i didn't have one. So we picked out different outfits. We both wore jean shorts from American Eagle, and a basic blouse. I was going to bring my jean jacket anyways to put over in case i got cold so i didn't really matter. She wore a floral blouse and she was goint to bring her leather jacket. Alexis did my hair. She straightened it for me, considering that my hair was so so long and so hard to straighten myself. My hair was dark brown with a few blondish brownish streaks here and there. Alexis had brown hair also, her's was lighter than mine, and curlier too. We both got dressed, and walked to Dunkin Donuts down the street to eat some breakfast. We sat down at a table and ate a bagel and coffee coolata. "So tonight will be the best day of our life huh?" i said. Alexis:" yes! We will see the boys up close, front row baby!" We laughed. I imagined it. Us standing next to the stage being sung to by our dream idols. I was impatient. After we finished we headed back. My mom was already in the car waiting for us. It was about 3 PM. We sat in the back while my mom drived and Alexis's mom sat in the passenger seat. "What Makes You Beautiful" started playing while my mom reversed out of the drive way. I could feel the wind blowing in my face, today was going to be the best day of my life.

After a while we got a little tired. We stopped at a McDonald's in the highway, to use the bathroom. After the stop we had about 15 minutes until we arrived at the Stadium. The ride after that was quick, by the time we got to the parking lot of the Stadium it was about 5:30 ish and we had listened to the album "Up All Night" 4 times in a row. I could feel the adreline rush. I felt like throwing up while we got out of the car. I guess it was just too much to handle, - WE WERE GOING TO SEE ONE DIRECTION! 

There were a lot of girls there in line. They all had One Direction shirts and a lot of them gave me and Alexis mean stares. I don't know why. We hugged our moms. "So call me when you get out ok hun" my mom said. "Okay mom, are you guys just gonna hang around the town or something?" "Yeah, we're just going to go to the mall up the street and look at stuff" she replied. We both waved at our moms as they left and stood in line. There was a big poster that read "DOOR OPENS AT 6 PM"  on the wall. There was a big glass door with security in front. We waited and waited as the time past by. Then we heard the security's walkie talkie, "You can now open the doors". We both laughed with excitement. All the girls pushed upon the door,while the security opened it up.
