The next two days went by quickly. I sat on the couch reading a book while I waited for the guys to wake. My eyes scanned the page as I read the content. I soaked it all up like a sponge. I was so into my book, I began to humm Lion by HU. I swayed as I read and hummed.
"Liking our music and books," a voice said startling me. "What a combination."
I looked up to see George standing in front of me. I smiled as I lifted my glasses from my face.
"And she wears glasses," he teased. "How cute."
I chuckled as he pointed to the seat next to me. I shuffled over a bit and let him sit down. He pointed to my book.
"Whatcha reading?" He asked.
"It's called Lauren," I replied.
"What's it about?" He asked.
"It's about a girl who was killed in a accident and was given a second chance to live. She had to set everything right and send the drunk driver to prison." I explained.
"Sounds interesting," he said looking at me.
I looked into his blue eyes. "Yeah, it is." I replied not breaking the gaze.
"You know," he said. "You have beautiful eyes."
I smiled as I felt my cheeks go warm. He flashed a smile at me that made me feel welcome.
"Alright bitches! It's time t-" Dylan stopped at the bottom of the stairs at the sight of me and George.
A smirk crossed his face as he walked past us to the kitchen. Both George's and my gaze not leaving him. He grabbed a water bottle and slowly walked past us again and up the stairs. I looked at George and began to laugh, he soon joined in.
"Will it be like this on tour?" I asked.
"Most likely," he chuckled.
I looked at the clock and got up with a stretch followed by George. I looked up at him, his height overpowering mine and he gave me a devilish smirk. I gave him that 'whatcha thinking' look.
He chuckled a bit. He picked me up and threw me over his shoulder. I gasped and hit his back. I did not like heights.
"George!" I whisper yelled. "Put me down!"
He chuckled as he slammed me playfully on the couch. I gasped and scrambled to sit up. I looked up at him with that 'serious' look.
"That wasn't funny," I said.
He shrugged, "kinda was."
I shook my head and chuckled. I know I just met George a couple days ago, I knew something was there. I just don't know what yet. I got back up from the couch to be fairly close to George. Maybe a little too close. I looked up into his eyes as he looked into mine. His eyes seemed to be searching for something. Something important.
"Looking for something?" I asked.
"No," he replied. "Just looking."
I smiled, "Ok Mr. George."
I walked past him and looked at him as I took a step onto the stairs.
"Where are you going?" He asked.
"I need to freshen up and get my bags prepped for the bus," I explained.
He made an oh face and went to sit down as I went up the stairs.

George's P.O.V
As Lilly disappeared up the stairs, I plopped down on the couch and ran my fingers through my hair. Now I saw what Jordan saw in her. How her blonde hair sat up in a messy bun, her sun kissed skin, and those eyes.... those deep blue eyes. I know there is something there between us, but only time can tell.
