To Leave Alone

[Alito's POV]

I felt shaky and looked at my stingy hands "V-Vector... I-I didn't...!" I stuttered but then, Vector shouted "You know what, Alito.... Fuck you!" he yelled and ran out of the restaurant.

I started to run after him but then I was stopped by Leon.

"Alito, I'm sorry!" he grabbed onto my sleeve.

I looked over at Leon "What did you say to him?" I asked.

Leon looked down and said "I asked if we could be friends and told him that even though we were enemies, I want that to be the past not the present. Then he got mad and punched my face" he said as he brushed his hand against the place Vector hit him.

"Leon... Sorry about this..." I clenched my fist a bit harder "I need to go...." I racer off before Leon could stop me.

'I need to find Vector! I need to apologize and hear his side of the story!'

[Vector's POV]

'Damn... Today isn't my day, huh?'

I was walking along the sidewalk and it got really dark after I felt Alito at the restaurant. Damn that, Leon! If I see him I'll-!

All of sudden, my mind stop as the sky poured rain drops down against me 'Great... Just what I need to make today special...' I said to myself.

"Are you okay?"

I flinched as I feel someone put an umbrella over my head "Alit-!" I turned to hope it was him but it wasn't.

"The hell do you want, Daisuke?" I glared at him intensely.

Daisuke smiled "I saw you alone and I wondered if it turned out okay. But it looks like things didn't go so great, huh?" he said and wiped the rain drop off my face.

I didn't know what to say but I felt so weak that I broke down into tears "Wh-Why does it have to be me!? Why dammit!? Why am I always to be blamed!? Why...?" I repeatedly asked myself but then Daisuke grew close to me and gave me a hug?

"What are you doing?" I asked harshly.

Daisuke said with a serious voice "When a friend is hurt, you usually comfort them... Right?" he squeezed his grip on me even tighter and more to my understanding, Daisuke wants to comfort me?

I started laughing "D.U.M.B.A.S.S!" I said and flicked his forehead.

Daisuke laughed back "Hey! We were having a moment together?" he said to me with a flirty manner.

I pushed him off "Like hell that'll happen! I might be a bit vulnerable now, but don't get your hopes up! I still love Alito!" I said with confidence and took a step back as Daisuke grew close to me.

He whispered "Then go to him, d.u.m.b.a.s.s~" he said and attempted to hold back his laughter.

I felt something shock me by his words 'Daisuke is right for once... I need to go see Alito... But...' I smiled at Daisuke and said "That's true but right now, I think I should see Alito some other time... He's mad at me now so I'll..." my words trailed off from remembering what had happened between me and Alito.

Daisuke patted my back "It's okay, take your time. I'm sure, Alito will crawl back to your arms in no time" he winked at me.

I smiled "Thanks, Daisuke for listening" I said and saw his face become bashful like an idiot.

Daisuke stuttered "Y-You shouldn't give such an angel face! O-Otherwise, you'll lead this guy in the wrong path~" he became flirty again, which creeped me out.

"Don't ruin this..." I said bluntly.

Daisuke paused "O-Okay... Sorry..." he went back to being serious and gave me the umbrella.

"Huh?" I asked with a confused look.

Daisuke shrugged "I figured, you need it for the rain" he said as he handed me the umbrella.

I replied "What about you?" I asked. Then Daisuke blushed "Aww~ You worry about me~" he said feeling overly flattered.

I punchee his shoulder "In your dreams! But thanks, I guess..." I nodded my head to him.

Daisuke ruffled my hair "No problem, Vector~" he laughed, and paused for a bit "Would you like to come over to my house?" he asked.

I squinted my eyes "Why the hell would I go with you?" I asked harshly.

Daisuke scratched his head "I can't leave my employee alone in the rain after a heartbreaking moment, what kind of boss would I be?" he said patting my back "You're not ready to see Alito, right?" he asked me with a worried voice.

Daisuke has a point, I'm not ready to face Alito... Not after what happened with is at the restaurant.

I sighed "Fine! But do anything funny and I'll kill you!" I snapped at him.

"Message received" Daisuke said as he and I started walking to his house, while I kept think about Alito...

Alito hates me now...

It was the first time, Alito ever slapped me... He's always nice and patient with me but... I guess his friend means more than me...

"Vector?" Daisuke asked as he looked down at me.

"Haahaa... Wh-What is... this?" I asked myself as liquid fell down against my cheeks from both of my two eyes.

My chest hurts really bad, I felt sick, my eyes are wet and I have a big headache....?!

"I'm crying?... Ha..haha!" I laughed at myself "This is pathetic...huh?" I said but slowly started cried.

I flinched as Daisuke wrapped his arms around me and gave me a comforting hug "It's not pathetic..." he said ruffling my hair gently.

I felt shattered inside and softly punched Daisuke "Dumbass... Why did he have to do that....!? Why am I like this..?" I asked myself.

Daisuke answered "That's the after effect of falling in love with someone... It feels wonderful but it also hurts too... Which is why it's so delicate... That you become delicate..." he said softly and comforting me as I cried from my pain.

We stayed under the rain that way as I cried my heart out with Daisuke by my side. I know he's my enemy... But at the moment, he's my friend.

If only Alito could listen to me... He trust his friend too much... Which is why I'm here alone...

'Alito...'

[Alito's POV]

"VEECCTTOR!!" I called out his name but he still didn't answer.

Dammit! This is all my fault! Why did I hit him!? God! I hate myself sometimes!

"VECTOR! WHERE ARE YOU!? ANSWER ME!" I shouted even more but I still could see or hear him at all.

'Wait! I have one last option!'

I pulled out my phone and dialed Vector's number "Please... Pick up!" the phone ranged for a few minutes and then it said 'This is Vector, I can't call because I'm busy... leave me a message, I guess'

'VECTOR!? DAMMIT, I'M SUCH AN IDIOT!'

I called again and again but he didn't answer at all. "Dammit, Vector! Please answer!" I dialed for the 4th time and finally I received an answer "Vector! Look, I'm so-!"

"Oh! Alito? Surprised that you called. Vector's asleep right now..." the male familiar voice answered.

I realized who it was a became furious from the thought of associating with this person.

I answered with a serious tone "Why are you with Vector, Daisuke?"
