Chapter Five

*Rose's point of view*

I woke a few hours later. I could feel the bandages around my arms and legs. I groaned and sat up and jumped seeing Tyler asleep next to me in a chair.

Did he stay with me all night? "Tyler." I said softly touching his hand. Tyler woke with a startle and looked at me. "You're awake?" he asked grabbing my hand softly.

I didn't pull away from him. I looked up at him his eyes soft and understanding. I smiled at him. "Well I'm certainly not asleep." I said teasing him. He laughed and stood. "Your father would like to know that you are awake." he said

"No! Umm please don't go." I said shyly looking down. Tyler walked over and lifted my chin making me look at him. "Then what am I supposed to do?" he whispered looking me in the eye.

"Lay with me?" I asked softly and shyly. Tyler smiled at me and nodded. I watched him as he took his boots off and crawled under the covers with me. I snuggled into his side and sighed softly feeling the warmth from his body.

I soon fell asleep snuggled into his side. Having this comfort in my life is what I needed.

I'm not sure how long I was asleep, but I was soon awakened by my father. I looked at him shocked then at Tyler who was asleep by me.

"Shhh, you don't want to wake him." My father whispered. I looked at him then at Tyler and smiled. "How are you feeling?" He asked sitting in the chair next to my bed. "I'm feeling great." I said and pressed into Tyler.

My father nodded and looked at Tyler. "I'll let you two be and sleep and recover." He said and stood and kissed my head and walked out of my room.

I smiled and looked up a Tyler sleeping. I shyly reached up and kissed his cheek softly. 

I jumped when he woke and tightened his grip around my waist. "Mmm hello to you too." He said looking at me. I blushed bright red. "I'm sorry." I said shyly.

Tyler smiled and lifted my chin higher. "I think its time for a proper kiss." He whispered and leaned down and kissed me softly. I was shocked by the kiss but I melted right into it.

I can't believe it but I think I'm falling for him.  I soon felt myself being pulled on top of him. I pulled back from the kiss and looked down at him. He smiled at me and brushed my hair out of my face.

"What do you say? About you being my bride?" He asked quietly and shyly. I smiled seeing how nervous he was to ask that. "I...I think it would be great." I replied. The look on his face was priceless.

He smiled big and kissed me passionately. I giggled into the kiss and kissed him back. I have no worries about what Marcus will think. This is for the best, for us to forget about each other and move on.

I gasped when Tyler flipped us over and smiled down at me. I smiled and pulled at his shirt. Tyler leaded back and pulled his shirt off. I smiled and pulled my own off soon feeling shy.

Tyler lifted my chin and brushed my cheek. "No need to feel shy." He whispered and leaned down and kissed me softly. I kissed him back and smiled. He pulled back and finished undressing himself and I myself also.

Tyler crawled back onto the bed and pulled the covers over ourselves. I smiled and looked over at him. He slowly moved and was on top of me. I looked up at him and smiled. "Its ok." I whispered and pulled him down into a kiss. Feeling him slip inside me making me gasp into the kiss.

Tyler pulled back from the kiss. "Did I hurt you." He whispered softly before moving his hips against mine. "No." I said and pulled him back into the kiss letting my fangs shift in and brush against his lips.

Tyler growled into the kiss and roughly moved his hips into mine. I groaned and threw my head back. Tyler kissed down my jaw and to my neck breathing heavily into it. I clawed at his back closing my eyes.

*hour later*

We lay there snuggled into each other. I kissed his chin and looked up at him. Tyler smiled at me. "I love you." He said softly. I blushed and smiled. "I love you too." I replied and snuggled into him as close as I could. He wrapped his arms tightly around me kissing my head. I smiled big and closed my eyes enjoying this moment.
