Five Months Later-

Regina and Killian have grown very close over these past months. Killian and Kate never actually found a new place to live, they just kind of moved in with Regina. Kate was no longer crashing in Henry's room, she now had her own room that was decorated to her taste. And Killian and Regina were now sharing a room.

Late one night Killian, Regina, Snow and Charming had decided to go out to a bar together. Kate was home alone and already asleep because it was nearly midnight.

The entire gang at the bar was drunk and complete out of it. They are sitting in a large booth at the back of the building. Regina was sprawled out across Killian's lap basically asleep, while Snow and Charming made out in the corner.

"Killy!" Regina drunkenly whined. "I wanna go home."

"If the lady wishes," Killian slurred.

As they made their way home, Killian and Regina could barely keep their hands off one another. They stumbled through the door a little after midnight, Regina immediately kicked her heels off, sinking a couple of inches.

"Man! Those things kill." Regina groaned. "Babe, I'm tired! Will you carry me to bed?"

"Of course your majesty." Killian teasingly bowed before throwing Regina over his shoulder.

Regina started laughing and squirming as Killian carried her up the stairs. Once they reached their room Killian opened the door and lightly tossed Regina onto the bed. Still giggling Killian crawled over her.

"Shhh" Killian said hushing her. "Kate's just next door. I'll be right back, I'm just going to go check on her."

Killian quietly crept down the hallway to Kate's room. He cracked to door to find his daughter sound asleep, her hair splayed across her pillow. Killian gave her a soft kiss on her forehead before pulling the covers up higher, tucking her in tightly.

As Killian made his way back to the master bed room he heard a soft snoring noise. Once he rounded the corner of the doorway, Killian realized what the noise was coming from. Regina was out cold on top of the bed.

"My sleepy queen" Killian laughed to himself.

Killian quickly changed for bed and tucked Regina under the covers before climbing into bed on his own side. He snuggled close to Regina and wrapped an arm protectively around her. Kissing her temple softly and saying, "I love you."

Sun softly shown through the blinds of Regina and Killian's room and across the messy bed spread. Killian slowly began to stir, his hand began to run up and down Regina's back and she too began to wake.

"Mmmhh, morning." Regina sighed.

"Good morning" Killian replied.

There faces where inches from one another. Killian could feel her warm breath on his lip, and he just couldn't wait any longer. He leaned in all the way intertwining their lips. Inhaling his scent Regina deepened the kiss, wrapping her arms around his necking.

*Knock Knock*

"I know you guys are up!" Kate yelled through the door. "I'd like some food this morning please."

"We'll be down in a minute." Regina yelled back, as she and Killian began to laugh.

Killian pulled Regina closer to his chest as he said "Well this had been a pretty great way to start the morning, minus the interruption"

"Yeah, I wouldn't mind waking up in your arms like this every morning." Regina smiled.

"Well do you want to?" Killian asked.

"What are you asking?" Regina replied.

"Would you marry me Regina Mills?" Killian asked as he pulled a ring box out for his nightstand. "I know that this probably isn't the classiest way to ask a Queen to marry you, but I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. So what do you say?"

"Come here you dork!" Regina smiled as she pulled Killian towards her, "Of course I'll marry you!"
