Dear Anders,
I am emailing you regarding your most recent tweet, to a fan named Emma Clarke. Now, as your publicist, it's my job to make sure you look good at all times to the public. I'm sure your reply to Ms. Clarke's tweet was with good intentions, but you can't go around replying to singular fans like that. It creates an uproar with your other fans and creates drama that we really don't need to be dealing with.
If you choose to reply to a tweet again, make sure you reply to multiple fans, not just one. The best thing to do is not to reply at all.
Please, think about your actions and what you do before you do it next time. Like I said, I'm just doing my job here.
Best,
Jeanne

Jeanne,
I appreciate your concern about the tweet. You're just doing your job excellently, and that's why I pay you. I didn't think replying to Emma's tweet was a huge deal, but you know what you're talking about, so I trust you and your opinion.
Your advice is noted. I won't do it again.
Sorry if I caused any problems.
Anders
