I lied down on my bed in my dressing gown. My hair still wet, my cheek no longer stinging but the red mark still remains.
My phone started to ring, playing CASH CASH - Dirty Lovin'. Only one person had that ringtone.
Louis.
I answered the phone, even though I felt like singing the song.
"Lou?"
"Where are you?" He whispered angrily.
"At home" I answered simply.
"The cops want to talk to you cause apparently Liam has hit you. Is it true?"
Shit. Thanks Harry. Thanks a lot.
"No course not" I lied.
"Stop lying" Louis said annoyed. He could read me like a book. Except down the phone.
"Yes its true but only cause I scratched his face"
"Damn kitty you got claws" Louis sassed.
"Where's Liam now?" I asked, not that I cared.
"Cops are talking to him, rumour has it he's getting a warning for abuse and next time it will be on a record"
"Fuck sake, wait where are you?" I put the phone on loudspeaker as I started the brush my knotty hair.
"In the toilets next to the office"
"Oh right" I sighed, looking in the mirror.
"Are you coming back?" Asked Louis concerned.
"Not till this hickey goes away"
"You have a hickey?!" I slapped my forehead. Literally.
"Oh boy" I whispered.
"Liam gave it to you didn't he?"
I paused, no point in lying again "Yes"
"I'm Skyping you later. Stay good. Stay safe. Bye love"
"Bye sweetheart" The called ended. Not soon after another called came through.
Unknown number. I answered it anyone.
"Hello?" I said wairly
"Why did you tell the cops about me hitting you?" Oh shit it was Liam. Wait how'd he get my number?
"I didn....I did it because it was the right thing to do. Besides you only got off with a warning" I lied.
I didn't want Liam to hit Harry. Best me than someone else.
"Oh baby. I said sorry didn't I?"
I waited before answering "How'd you get my number?"
"I have my ways. I know where you live too"
"What?" Now I was scared.
"Look outside" Liam ordered rather than asking.
Should I? Cautiously I stood up and walked to my window.
Sat on the bonnet of a black Hayate 270 was, of course, Liam Payne.
"Why are you here?" I hissed. Pulling back the next curtain
"Nice gown babe" I looked at myself and darted out of sight.
Liam heard me cuss and I could hear him chuckle down the phone as I quickly got changed into my skinny jeans, converse, and my tiger print T-shirt.
I rushed down stairs to the door and over the wall.
"Stay away from me" I barked.
"No can do babe" A smirk across his face. I almost cried, I ran my hands through my hair, spun around on the spot nervous.
"What do you want from me" I said finally as Liam folded his arms. His whole left arm covered in one big tattoo.
His snake bit lip piercing looked good enough to just rip out.
"I want you. Only you" Liam stood stepping towards me. Grabbing hold of my waist, he held my close to his body. His lips moving to the hickey, which he licked.
I hissed in pain. Liam kissed it gently. His left hand trailed up behind my head and in my hair.
My heart began to race. His lips were coming closer to mine. My hands upon his shirt which I gripped.
I stared at Liam's lips as they came within mere millimetres of mine.
Then...they touched. It was my first kiss, but I was inexperienced. Payne's eyes were closed, he was enjoying it.
I closed my eyes, my fists letting go of his shirt and moved up over her shoulders and around his neck.
It felt like fireworks.
