(Your P.o.v.)
As I exit the bus I glance around at my surroundings. The fresh smell of Earth and pine trees engulfed me and I grinned. There was a nagging feeling in my mind that this summer would be very interesting, but also rather fun.

Quickly I entered the sleepy town, and tapped my chin in thought. What was the address again? Well dang, I goofed. Mentally I face palmed myself and took out my phone
(Y/n) - Hey Nerd, what's your address?

Wendy - Nice to see you dork. My address is 1234 Cipher St

(Y/n) - Thanks, see you in few

-Time Skip Brought to you by Doritos-

After arriving at her door I knocked on it lightly thrice. All the racket inside stopped and you could hear three pairs of feet scurrying towards the door. As soon as possible, I backed up to avoid having the door hit me. The front door slammed open and I glanced over to the fresh hole in the side of the building.

"Hi, (Y/n)!" Wendy's younger brothers greeted. I smiled and ruffled one's hair.

"Hey boys" I said and kneeled down so I was eye level with them. "Is Wendy in her room?"

"Like always," the shortest one, Jack, said.

"What did you think she had changed?" Asked Alex, the oldest.
The middle child, Zack, stayed quiet and just looked up with a small smile.

"Ok dorks, I'm going to head up then," I spoke and lifted up my two suitcases.

I ventured up to Wendy's room and opened the door. She looked up from her bed and winked, "Welcome back (N/N)"

"It's nice to be back. The last time I was hear was when I was ten. I'm 17 now." I spoke and dropped my bags. "Hey plaid, guess what I'm going to do," I gave her a mischievous grin and put my hands on my hips.

"You'd better not (Y/n)"

"Now that you say that. I think I must." Before she could object I started running. I jumped into the air and landed at the edge of her bed, my head in her lap.

"(Y/n)!" Wendy wined and punched my shoulder.

I shrugged "sorry? But not really."
We sat there for around an hour talking about our school year and things until we came to boys.

"I met this really nice one on the way here. I think his name was, Leo or some type of constellation" I shrugged and stood up.

"Dipper? Awh (N/n) do you have a little crush?" She teased and stood up next to me.

I blushed profusely and groaned "shut up Wendy" I groaned and threw my head back in frustration

"You didn't deny it" Wendy winked and grabbed your wrist. "On a completely unrelated note let's go to the Mystery Shack, you should see the place you'll be working all summer."

"Alright...." I said skeptically, but suddenly I was being pulled to the Mystery Shack by my wrist.

- Time Skip brought to you by finals week (UGH PLEASE END ME) -

"Mystery Shack, more like Mystery Hack" I murmured, looking up at the dingy log cabin. Supposedly the place I would be working was a run down tourist trap. Not only that it was a bad one, not like the 'oh yea this is probably fake' type, but the 'on the back of this it says made in China' or 'you can see the seams from where they sewed that animal's head to the butt" type.

This should be an adventure
Wendy and I strolled up to the door. As I lifted my hand to knock Wendy rolled her eyes. "It's a tourist trap (N/n) do you really think you need to knock?" She said and punched my shoulder lightly. Her hand reached down and Wendy twisted the grimy door handle. "Hey Stan!" She shouted and walked into the building. "I'm here for work, and I've brought some fresh blood," Wendy continued and strolled behind the counter. She took a seat and placed her feet on top of a wooden chair placed next to her.

"Hey Red, Stan's in the restroom. Who's the newby?" A voice said, and walked into the main room.

"Of frikin course," I mumbled under my breath as I caught a glance of the newcomer. Too my complete and utter shock (note sarcasm) it was Dipper. The only thing running through my mind at the moment was, why does Wendy hate me? Have I does something and this is revenge? Does she just like watching me suffer?

Dipper finally pulled his eyes from his book and smiled. "You didn't tell me you were going to be working at the Mystery Shack" he beamed and strolled over. Wendy watched with entertainment.

"That's funny," I mumbled "I didn't know either." After that I heard him and Wendy snicker. "But hey, you never know what to expect from red over there," I said through my teeth and put on a smile. No doubt I was already blushing and was a ripe tomato. Why am I so weird around boys, I'm 17 I shouldn't get flustered around the male species, especially younger ones!

A sudden rush of air came from the stairs and all I saw was a blur of pink and brown. When the blur took note of me it immediately stopped to reveal a 16 year old female who had a remarkable resemblance to Dipper. Of course! It was the twin he had mentioned. The girl grinned, showing off her pearly whites and stuck out a hand, the sleeve of her sweater covering the actual hand part. "I'm Mabel, Dip-dot's sister. Or you could call me the superior twin, either works! Anyways," she pulled her hand away before you could take it "tell me everything about you. Are you my bro's girlfriend, do you like pigs? I love pigs! I actually have one!" Dipper almost immediately clamped his hand over the girls mouth and gave a sheepish grin.

"This is Mabel, my sister and I'm sorry. She had three mugs of Mabel-juice this morning and got a full nights rest." Mabel had pried off Dippers hand and was about to talk again when a flush rang out and a ruff voice followed.

"Soos toilet's clogged again!" It yelled in response a similar voice called back.

"Stanley, stop making others do your work, unclog it yourself!" It said.

"Why would I hire people if I was going to do it myself Stanford?"

"Because it's gross."

The yelling went on back and forth until two sets of footsteps were heard entering the room, still arguing with each other.

"Ahem" Mabel cleared her throat and looked at the two.. oldish men.

"Grunkles, this is..?" She started and looked at you with confusion "wait, what is your name?"

"Oh! Uh it's (Y/n)"

"This is (Y/n) she's your new employee Grunkle Stan" Mabel beamed.

Stanley nodded and started to pick something out of his teeth "she's getting minimum wage and I hope she knows it" he said

The other man rolled his eyes and held out his hand, "Its a pleasure to meet you Miss (Y/n). I'm Stanford, but feel free to call me Ford, and that there is my brother Stanley." He said
"It's nice to meet you both" I smiled and shook his hand.

As I shook his hand my phone buzzed I pulled it out and checked it.

Alex:  Where are you two? Dinner's ready. Didn't Wendy's shift end already?

I checked your phone, he was right. Wendy's shift had ended fifteen minutes ago, so many things had happened that I'd  lost track of time.

(Y/n): Yea, tell your dad I said sorry. Wendy was just introducing me to some people, we'll be back in 10.

I sent the text and looked at Wendy "we had to motor, dinner's done and I don't want to risk your brothers putting a spider in it or something if I'm not there before they sit down." Wendy laughed and nodded

"Ok, by guys. See you tomorrow, we'll be back at 10 a.m." She said and waved

A chorus of "by Wendy" and "by (Y/n)" erupted and we exited

"Isn't tomorrow Saturday?" I asked and looked over.

"What? Do you have something better to do, dork?" She asked

"Nope, just curious"
