"See you in Physics," I say an Jack nods to me.

"See ya. Last through the day, alright?"

"I don't know, I might leave halfway through..." I tease and Jack gives me a glare.

"Sure. If you want me to hit you."

"Try it."

"Later..." Jack huffs and I smirk. I have precalculus at the end of the day, so he wouldn't be too happy if I left halfway through the day, as I would miss lunch, gym, and precalculus, all of which are classes I have with Ari in them. Both me and Jack have physics second period, and I believe Ari is in that class as well. I feel like Jack is very concerned about her for some reason... well, I kinda know why, but I absolutely hate it. Why does that bastard have to care so much? His heart is too big....

"How was english?" Jack asks me as I take my seat in physics.

"Revolting," I say with a sigh and Jack snickers.

"You should have taken creative writing with me," Jack shrugs and I scoff. "So rude."

"You are not worthy of respect." We both chuckle and the bell rings as the teacher, Mr. Vinnage, walks in, taking attendance.

I catch Jack looking around the room from the corner of my eye and hold in a sigh. "Has anyone seen Wolf?" Ariana?

"That bitch is probably off sucking some old man off for money," I hear Stacy comment to her followers rather loudly and some people snicker around the room.

"Enough of that, unless if you would like detention, Miss. Lagot."

"Faggot," Jack coughs out from next to me, which is odd, because he rarely uses language like that despite swearing relatively frequently. It does rhyme though....

"Blue. Quit it." Jack leans back in his seat an crosses his arms with an angry huff.

"Really, Jack?" I whisper to him and he looks at me from the corner of his eye.

"She's a bitch and no one stands up to her... but Ariana is not here."

"I noticed... maybe she is at the nurse...?"

"Maybe...."

The bell rings and me and Jack are the first to leave the class and go into the soon crowded halls. "I'll go to the nurse to see if she is there. You go to anatomy."

"Or not...."

"Sean...."

"Fine," I huff and move on my way to anatomy. I'm so bored already and it is only third period....  Well, me and Jack have lunch next, so I guess I'll see what he has to say then.

"Well, Sean.  Been a while."  I look up and meet David's cold, grey eyes.

"Yup," I say simply and take a seat at the table me and Jack claimed in the far corner of the lunch room.  Dave trails after me and sits on the seat next to me.  So, he is supposedly the one who bullies Ariana... interesting....

"You've never been much of a talker, but normally I get more than just one-word responses."

"Strange," I say, taking out my cell phone that was once my father's and opening a card game.

"Any new chicks?"

"Why should I tell you?"

"You always do, man."

"Don't talk to me like we are friends," I say lowly, deciding to go alone with the awesome hand I have for euchre.  The computer partner sucks anyway.

"Fine," David grumbles and I ignore his annoying presence while managing to get all of the tricks and score four points; I can't believe I won the last trick with a pathetic nine of spades.  "Did you hear me?"

"Nope."

"Okay, you know what, fuck you."

"You probably would.  You're desperate enough."

"Nice burn, Sean," Jack says, coming up from behind me and slapping me on the back.  "Do we have a pest problem?"

"Get out of here, you nosey bastard."

"Says the one at our table," Jack retorts.  "Get the hell out of here before people begin to believe we picked you up from the trash that is your table of man whores.  We are not that kind and we are not a charity."

"You're asking for a fight, Blue."  Crap... my hand is shit this round.  The highest card is a queen and I don't have a single trump card....

"I'll kick your ass again any day.  Just like yesterday, David.  I'll mop the floor with you and give you just what you deserve."  As I predicted, the other team took all of the tricks, earning two points and making the score four to two.  Fucking computers....

"Fight!  Fight!  Fight!  Fight!"  Will they shut the fuck up?  I'm trying to concentrate....

Chairs grind and screech against the floor and a huge crowd of students make a circle around our once peaceful, quiet table.  I slip my phone into my pocket with a sigh and stand up and turn to face the two, already about to punch each other.  Come on, Jack, I thought I taught you better than that?  Anger is a bitch to control, but once you have, you can use it to your advantage... which is basically the opposite of what Jack is doing: letting his anger control him.

I decide to step in and grab both of their fists in a tight hold in my hands.  "I was in the middle of a game.  You bastards ruined my thought process."

"What the hell, Sean!?"

"Let go of me, you asshole!"  I shrug and yank both of my hands towards each other, catching the two by surprise and making them fly forward and slam into each other with a groan.  David falls to the ground but Jack remains standing, clutching his bloody nose.

"Jack, we need to talk later."

"I know," he says monotonously and walks out of the lunch room to fix himself up, stepping on David in the process.  Despite what I feel about Jack's actions and my shitty mood, I can't help but snicker.  He is determined, I'll give him that.

I resume my card game alone at my table and the crowd slowly disperses, including a groaning David.  That fucker doesn't even know what pain is.  He infuriates me... and yet, after lunch, I slide another number into his locker.  Maybe that whore will finally leave me alone after she hooks up with David for a one-night-stand?

I really use people too much....
