When Signe woke up again, she glanced out the window to see that it was evening, meaning that she had slept for several hours. The rain had slowed to a light drizzle, but Signe didn't really care since she didn't feel like leaving the hotel for awhile.

She checked her phone to see several messages from Sean, but she ignored them all. He was the last person she wanted to talk to at the moment.

There was one voicemail from him that she decided to listen to.

"Hey, um, I just wanna say I'm sorry. About...you know. Anyway, I was hoping I could say goodbye to you before I have to leave. I should be going to the airport in fifteen minutes. I get it if you're still mad at me or anything. I gotta go...bye." The message ended with a beep.

Signe felt her stomach knot in guilt when she remembered running out of the restaurant, leaving Sean alone and forcing him to pay the bill for both of their meals.

If he isn't my soulmate, he could still be my friend, Signe decided as she checked when the message was recorded.

Ten minutes ago.

She had five minutes to make things right.

Signe scrambled out of bed, threw on her shoes, and practically ran out of the hotel to catch a cab to the airport.

She couldn't, no, wouldn't, let him leave with only the memory of her abandoning him.

The cab seemed to take forever before it arrived at the front of the airport. Once it stopped, Signe hastily handed the driver a handful of money without bothering to wait for change as she rushed inside.

"Sean!" She yelled, hoping to see him somewhere in the crowd.

"Over here!" Sean waved to get her attention. He was sitting by the large window that displayed the sunset happening behind him.

"I'm sorry about-"

Sean held up a hand to cut Signe off, smiling sadly.

"Don't. Let's just forget about it and start over." Sean cleared his throat.

"Hi, I'm Sean McLoughlin. You are?" Sean offered her a hand to shake.

"Signe Hansen." Signe didn't shake his hand, but smiled politely. She didn't want to be reminded of what she was losing.

She was surprised when Sean pulled her into a hug, his head resting on her shoulder. Once again the colors returned, but this time she didn't mind.

She suddenly heard Sean gasp in surprise before retracting away from her, eyes wide in confusion and mild fear.

"What?" Signe asked, equally confused.

"You're right...the world looks so much brighter." Sean whispered in awe before his lips crashed against hers.

Signe felt a flash of panic before relaxing into the kiss, running a hand through his neon green hair.

"What color is my hair?" Sean asked once they pulled away.

"Neon green." She stayed with a small smile.

"Weird, it looked black before." He remarked with a grin of his own.

"Flight three hundred is now boarding." A flight attendant announced loudly on the intercom.

"I have to go." Sean sighed sadly.

"I'll come with you!" Signe blurted. She had finally found her soulmate, she wasn't about to let him leave forever.

"No you won't." Sean shook his head.

"Because I cancelled the flight so I could hang out with you and Robin a little bit longer." Sean added with a smirk.

"You're a jerk!" Signe lightly slapped his arm.

"But I'm your jerk." Sean reminded her.

Together, the two left the airport and went to Sean's house where Robin was awake and playing video games. He was ecstatic to hear that the two were staying together and asked an endless amount of questions about what the colors looked like.

They stayed at Sean's place until the three went to Denmark and helped Signe pack up after helping Sean pack. The two had found a perfect home to move into in Brighton near a friend of Sean's.

Signe and Sean had finally found their colors, and neither could be happier.
