After a boring morning class, Bella picked up a late lunch, then returned to her dorm. She was excited to see Andre tonight after going to his game to cheer him on.

The Capitals had gone on a road trip for just over a week, so she's gone without him for this time. They would've just gotten home yesterday, but Bella understood that Andre was tired and didn't want to hang out, which she was fine with.

There was still about two hours before Bella had to go, but she picked out her outfit anyway, light blue jeans, a white shirt and bomber jacket, simple enough. She took a seat in front of the big mirror in her room to do her makeup.

Thirty minutes later, she plugged in her flat iron to straighten her hair, plugging her phone into some music to entertain herself. With just a few strands left, there's a knock at the door. Bella assumes that it's her roommate, Leah, so she unplugs the iron and stands to open the door.

What she doesn't expect to find on the other side, though, is Andre. "Oh my god." she exclaims, smiling immediately, wrapping her arms around Andre's suit-laden body.

"Hi, baby." he chuckles, and Bella's heart jumps again, just like it has every time he's called her baby.

"What are you doing here?" Bella asks, taking his face in her hands and giving him a quick kiss.

"I wanted to see my girl before my game," he says, walking in and closing the door behind him.

"Happy one month. I'm sorry I missed it." he frowns, sitting on the bed with her.

"No, no, you don't have to worry." Bella immediately says, taking his hand in hers.

"Okay, Bells, but I'm—"

"Andre, I'm serious. It's okay," Bella interrupts him. He moves his hand to her thigh, rubbing gently.

"You're acting so different." Andre chuckles. "Happier, too. Where did my old Bella go?"

"I don't know." Bella pauses. "I do feel happy. I can't believe you're mine." She says.

"You're sounding better at this relationship stuff." Andre tells her. "That's a good thing."

"I told you. I want to be as good to you as you are to me." Bella admits nervously, looking down.

"And I told you that you don't have to worry about that." Andre responds, rubbing her thigh to comfort her.

"Let's not get into this again." Bella mumbles.

"Okay, fine." Andre agrees. "Whatever you're doing, keep it up." he smiles, and Bella can't help but smile back. She leans into him, and the two engulf into each other for minutes, minutes feeling like hours to them, and hours feeling like eternity. Both of them felt it, and knew the other felt it, too. They never wanted to pull apart, they truly wanted this for all eternity.

Andre finally did, though, reluctantly, as he checked his phone. "I have to go, Bells." he mumbles.

"Don't leave me." she responds, pulling him closer.

"I have to go," he repeats, chuckling as he pulls back. "I'll see you after the game." he says, standing up.

Bella pouts, taking his hands and staring up at him from where she was seated at the bed. "Good luck. Have fun." she smiles, and Andre just chuckles, shaking his head like he was in disbelief.

He comes closer to her, whispering an "I love you" softly in her ear and nibbling soft kisses at her jaw.

Bella purses her lips, lightly pushing him back. "I'll see you after the game."
