Extra: Just as the word says, I thought of a girl/boy, so deeply damaged by her/his past relationship that you could even see that damage in his gestures and facial expressions. Later on, someone steps into their life (the one who actually lets her/him forget about the past or at least managed to erase some of the damage). Their partner does everything they can to help him/her with a lot of difficulties since she/her also became a lot less talkative (or something, like she/he became very introverted and can barely express herself).
