two: interviews

Kimberlys POV:

it was 9:00 AM Chres had to head to an important business meeting this morning so I was going to the first interview session on my own while he's planning for his annual banquet the "Sexcapade" where he just has a launch party for his new pleasure and sex toys and has biddings to raise money for charity for the children with cancer worldwide.

I got dressed , business casual and grabbed a cup of coffee , I locked up and headed out the door and to the Surrogate building of Atlanta , I met with Geoffrey. The man who was going to be there to help me find the perfect woman to carry my child. We watch about 30 interviews but nobody caught my eyes , it was 11:00 , we were on interview #33 and one caught my eye... she looked so innocent and sweet. she had calming brown eyes and a soft angelic sounding voice "Geoffrey , go back. Who is she!?" I asked with a little excitement.

He looked at his folder and sorted through to file number 33 , "Ahh , here it is. This here is Laurianna , Laura for short. She's 21. Here is her information " he handed me the file and I was in tears. "Sorry I'm late baby! There was a lot of traffic but I'm here now." He said kissing my cheek placing his suit coat and briefcase on the table. "I think I found her baby, I think this is the one. Her name is Laurianna , Laura for short. " I made Geoffrey rewind her interview. The interviewer was a bit of a bully to her but she was still so sweet , you could see it in her eyes how bad she wanted to help. She was beautiful as well. We signed over the paper and agreed on her, we wanted her to carry our child.

We heard how it all works , the baby is hers by law but it was all a matter of trust. I trusted her , Geoffrey let us know at any moment she could abort the baby , sell it , put it up for adoption... anything if she chooses. We agreed to all the scary things of this because again , Trust. We had arrangements to meet her and discuss this with her. This was all a $50,000 thing and she could as for more money if she wanted , she's going through the beautiful pain for me. I couldn't help but to give her anything she wanted.

I believed she was going to be great. Geoffrey gave me a copy of her file and gave me the time for our next part of this Surrogate Trio. Today was Day 1 , two more to go.

After the interview me and Chresanto went home and popped some champagne, we were so spot but something seemed off. "Baby? Is everything alright?" I asked him. "Of Course , just a little nervous about this. Someone is actually willing to do this for you, for us. " I kissed him with joy "I know" I smiled. "She seems like a sweet girl" I said , refilling our glasses with champagne. "She's 21 and said she was blessed with the opportunity to help someone have a blessing they couldn't receive themselves , I couldn't pass up on her Chres. I just know she's the best one" I smiled with a little anxiousness behind it. "Well Kim , if you feel that way I'm down with it 100%" he pecked my cheek and headed upstairs to get ready for bed.

I sipped my glass and read her files "Oh Laura .. Thankyou." I smiled looking at her pictures dropping a few tears.
