58. David saves her

Liza's POV

Rafael puts his hands around my neck after he hits me in the face. I cry out until I hear a door open. I look up and never felt so relieved in my life. "DAVID!" I cry. Rafael turns around and faces David. He gets off me and I get up. I'm just in my bra but I run towards David and hug him really tight. "I love you baby." David whispers. "I lo-" before I can finish I'm being pulled back roughly. I fall back on the ground. I look up and see Rafael, with shorts on now, punching David in the face. "What the fuck man?! What the fuck did you do to Liza?!" David yells and punches Rafael. I quickly put on shorts, after a few more moments David and Rafael are on the ground fighting. "Guys stop!" I say running towards them and trying to pull Rafael off David. But Rafael kicks behind him and hits me right in my stomach. I fall back again moaning in pain. After David punched Rafael in the face, Rafael roughly grabs David's head and punches it onto the floor a few times. I see blood coming from David's head but he didn't pass out yet. Rafael gets up, runs towards the nightstand and suddenly gets a gun from one of the drawers. He walks back again and points it at David. "Liza is mine." He says. No, I can't let this happen. He has his back towards me so I quickly get up, grab his phone and hit him really hard on his head with it. Rafael stumbles forwards and drops his gun. David quickly grabs it and points it at Rafael. But then he gets a knife out of his pocket. What the fucking hell?! Where does all this stuff come from?! "If I don't get Liza none of us gets." He walks towards me with the knife.

It all happened in one second. Rafael pulls his arm forwards to stab me. At the same time I hear a huge bang. Rafael collapses and falls down onto the ground. While he falls he cuts my arm with the knife. Blood streams out of his head as David looks at me in shock. "I had to!" He says. "I couldn't let him hurt you. Again." David sprints over to me and embraces me. I immediately start sobbing my eyes out. "Liza I'm so sorry." He whispers. "I'm sorry too." I cry into his chest. "Shh, it's over babe. Everything is fine, I'm with you again." He slowly starts rubbing my back.

The ambulance and cops just left. They asked me a lot and I answered all of the questions. I cleaned up the blood off David's head. David and I are leaving tomorrow. I can't wait to be in my own home and with my own friends again. But most happy I am about laying in my husbands arms again. We're laying in bed and I lay on his chest while David strokes my hair. "I'm so happy to be with you again pookie." He says. "I'm happy too. Thanks so much for saving me from that devil." David let's out a small laugh and hugs me. Then the bell rings. "Who can that be at this time? It's 9 pm." I ask. "I don't know babe. Let's find out." David gets up and I follow him. He opens the door and there's 3 cops standing there. "Good evening." They say. We both greet back. "David Dobrik?" One of them says. "Yes that's me." David answers. "Hands behind your back please. You're under arrest for the murder at Rafael Signados."
