I really didn't know what to say, the way his eyes looked at me hopefully made it harder for me to make a decision.
"You know what?" He said " I didn't mean to rush you , I was just desperate, that's all , I know its too early to start developing feelings for me... After acting like shit towards you"
I gave him a genuine smile for lifting the burden off my shoulders
"Thank goodness you know that you always act like shit towards me " I teased which made him groan.
" There we go again , cat " he said.
"Are you calling me a cat?" I asked with an eyebrow raised
"Yes, that's my nickname for you" he said which made me to roll my eyes.
"Whatever Mr Fahad"
"Of course Mrs Fahad"
And I blushed furiously

"Wake up!" Husna screamed, making me to bolt off my bed , falling off in the process.
"What is wrong with you?" I groaned as I got off the shaggy carpet.
"Baba is calling you " she smiled evilly and I rolled my eyes.
I had a shower before heading off to dads room.
"Salamualaykum" I said as I entered the sitting room where he was, on his grip was a glass of orange juice .
"Wa alaykumussalam" he answered and put the cup down.
I sat down at the chair opposite him and stared nervously at my fingers.
"Do you know why you're here ?" He asked and I shook my head frantically
"I've called you here to tell you that you're getting married tomorrow" he said, making my eyes to bulge out of their sockets
"What?" I asked in disbelief
"You heard me right" he said
" but baba, how can you do this?"
" are you trying to question me?!" His voice boomed
"No" I replied
"But we haven't done our kamu, and the other ceremonies" this was my only excuse to get out of this situation.
"That will be done after the Islamic nikkah" he said " I've already informed your mother and the other relatives, also Fahad's family...
Tomorrow , you're going to be a bride "
I was utterly and completely loss of words.
