~3rd person~

The castle was silent, except for the growls from our prince, Jerome.

"Mitch doesn't want to be here. I don't want to keep him here if he wants to leave."

"Misour?" A familiar voice called out to Jerome.

Jerome jerks around to see who had called out to him, "Oui Mitch?"

"Is, um, is everything okay?"

Jerome's vision starts to blur with tears. "At evening when the lamp is fit," he began to recite a poem from memory. "All alone, at home I sit. Night time call, and to my den, Off I crawl once again."

"Misour? Qu'est-ce qui ne va pas? What is wrong?"

"My parents, Preston, Rob... Uh, non, nevermind, why don't we go have Ian cook us something?" Jerome asked hoping Mitch wouldn't notice him changing subjects.

"Sure-" Mitch was interrupted

"Let's go!"

"After, you tell me what's the matter?"

"Ugh." Jerome groaned before walking off to the kitchen. Mitch followed him not saying a word.

~Ian's POV~

"Misour Jerome, what would you like today?" I asked noticing the tall prince.

"I'm fine with whatever Mitch would like," he moved to revealing a young man, around the same age as the prince.

The young man, who I've seen around the castle occasionally, walked out from behind the prince. "Hello Misour, I am Mitch." He extended his hand but soon took it back after noticing I have no hands of my own. "Excusez-moi. I am very sorry."

"We have already met, Misour."

Mitch nodded as if to say he knew, "Yes, we haven't had a very professional greeting yet though."

"Oui, oui." I nodded in agreement, "what would you like to eat?"

"Just some fresh bread please, Misour," He responded.

"Right away, Misour," I mumbled and started baking.
