Aaron and I made it through English and then I had Biology, but for two periods. After first period, we were allowed to take a break, Aaron and I went and sat down at the stairwell. Aaron spoke up, "Sam?"
"Yes Aaron?"
"If I say something, please don't get mad at me ok?"
I was a little nervous, but I agreed. "Ok."
"Do you really want to be friends with me?
I was taken aback. "W-What do you mean?"
"I mean," he took a breath, "Do you like me for me, or just for my fame?
I looked at him and he was staring out the window with an unreadable expression. "Aaron."
He didn't look at me. "Aaron, I'm going to say this, and I will only say it once, I was extremely shocked when I found out that I was touring you around school today. I'll admit I was excited because I do know you from Vine, but honestly, I wanted to get to know the real Aaron Carpenter. And he's a pretty cool guy."
He then looked over at me and smiled. "Good, because I'm really happy we're friends."
I smiled back. Before I could say anything, Aaron spoke again.
"And by the way, Magcon is coming here next month, and, if you're up for it, I'd like for you to come with me, us I mean."
