*Sam's POV*
So Magcon San Diego ended, leaving one week until I see Aaron again. He had started texting me again and Matt and I still texted everyday. I was a little nervous about Magcon, because I didn't know what the other guys would think of me. I mean I was becoming really close with Matt, but he was older than me, so more of a big brother thing. Aaron had said I was cute when we first met, and so had Shawn on FaceTime, but I don't think I like Shawn that way. But Aaron..he was adorable. His smile, hie laugh, his eyes, everything! I don't know if I like him or not. But he definitely doesn't like me in that way. He probably likes Nicole, even though they only met once. I was taking her with me to Magcon, but it's because she wanted to come. I sighed and layed down on my bed. My phone buzzed, Aaron was FaceTiming me. I accepted and his face appeared on the screen. "Hey Aaron."
"Hey Sam! How are you?"
"I'm alright."
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing."
"Sam, you can tell me."
I didn't reply because I couldn't tell him that my emotions were running wild and I was confused about my feelings for him.
"Sam? Please tell me. I don't like seeing you upset."
I looked at the screen and his eyebrows were scrunched together and he was frowning.
"Please just forget about it, ok?"
He sighed and said, "Fine. But I'm not letting this go."
"Ok. So guess who I'm bringing with me to Magcon?"
"Who?"
"Nicole!" I winked at him even though it hurt me inside.
"Very funny, but I barely know her."
"Well now you can get to know her! Besides you are her would look cute together."
"I don't think so. Besides, we should be focusing on you. Who do you like?"
I froze. "Uuhh, no one."
"Sam, you and I both know that's not true."
"Whatever Aaron." I rolled my eyes. I looke back and Aaron looked concerned. "What's wrong?"
*Aaron's POV*
I knew now was the time I had to tell Sam that I wasn't going to her school, I was nervous what her reaction would be.
"Sam, listen, I have something to tell you."
She looked worried, "What is it?"
I took a deep breath, "I'm not moving anymore, so I won't be going to your school next year."
"Oh, you had me worried there for a second. That's okay."
She smiled and I relaxed.
"So, how are your friends?"
She looked back at me with a sad expression, "They're ok."
"Have they been mean to you?"
"N-No." Her voice quivered.
"Sam, don't lie to me."
"Ok, they have been. They made fun of me the other day for my singing and they said I was worthless." A tear rolled down her cheek.
"Aw Sam, I wish I could hug you right now. You don't deserve this. You are not worthless. And I'm sure you're great at singing. When I see next week, promise me you'll sing to me?"
She smiled and said, "I promise."
"There's that beautiful smile."
She blushed and said, "I have to go, it's getting late. See you soon Aaron!"
She ended the call and I smiled to myself. She was so sweet. She probably had a really nice voice too. But I don't think I like her in that way. Her friend was very attractive but I noticed Sam looked a little hurt when she was talking about Nicole and I. It made me wonder, Could Sam like me? I wasn't too sure.
Matt's POV (what?)
I was gonna meet Sam really soon and I was so excited. She was a great girl and didn't deserve Aaron ignoring her. How could he do that to her? She probably got so sad. Ugh I wished I lived closer to her, so I could be with her more. I'm glad we became friends. I mean, she is cute, but I don't like her like that. I just hope the other guys like her and accept her. She's too nice. I also wanted her to sing for us, I just KNEW that she had a beautiful voice, even if she refused to sing to me. And she was so chill, she is so laid back. She's perfect. Wait, do I like Sam?
