My Name is Cynthia, I'm 17 years old,  5'3 tall and I love to sing. This is the story of the beginning of starting a new journey. Sure I was foolish and Naive but just remember this; I will always get passed through my problems no matter how hard or when it seems impossible, I will always solve the problem. You may not understand, but you'll figure out later.

"Good morning Cynth."  Sam says walking in the dining room.

That's Sam, he's my step brother. Now the wierd part is his step brother is not related to me his name is Ashton. Ashton is a plain out brat, all he does is tattle tail or play video games. Sam in the other hand is pleasant and nice he actually gets me and when I'm feeling down, he'll cheer me up. Sam is 11 1/2 and Ashton is 9.

"Hey, what's up." I say back.

"Nothing,  just catching up with my homework." Sam says groaning.

"That's sad... now I don't get homework. I like to just play video games free will!" Ashton says bragging.

"Oh shut up, we all know you have homework, you just leave at school and tell mom and dad so you don't have to do it." I say trying to outsmart him.

"Eep, you never saw me." Ashton says slowly sneaking into the basement like a snake. That's where the Xbox One S is.

"Kids make sure you go to that tree convention later today." Mom says.

"What tree convention?" Ashton says poking his head out the door leading to the basement.

"The convention I signed all you guys up for. You know where you commit your souls to protecting the trees and planting them." Mom says starting to make lunch.

"Eh, no thanks." Ashton says running back downstairs.

"Really? I mean it's nothing bad in all but a tree convention." I say. Which was a mistake I should have not said.

"I think it's something we can do instead of playing video games with Ashton and forever alone in basketball." Sam says starting on his homework.

"Ok well, it starts in about two hours. Your dad and I are going to a party." Mom says walking upstairs.

"Ugh..." You can hear Ashton moaning downstairs.

"Ok.. well we're going later today." Sam says trying to get us to do something.

"Ugh..." as you hear Ashton moaning again.

"Errrrrgh! This stupid drawing is hard to draw." I say getting frustrated trying to copy a painting.

"Now don't get too stressed, you can get acne from it." Sam says.

"Listen I'll do your math if you do my art." I try to make a deal.

Did I ever mention I'm a pro at Math and Sam is pro at art.

"Mmmm... deal." Sam says

We switch our books around as I watch him do my work, I start to work on his math. Mom and dad say goodbye and leave to their party.

"What time is it?" Sam asks as we both just about finish our homework.

"About 3:36 pm." I reply looking at my phone's clock.

"Are we going to that tree thing still? It starts in like 15 minutes." Sam says.

"Yeah I guess, grab Ashton and let's start walking." I say grabbing the art that was suppose to be my work and stuffing it away in my binder.

"Ok." Sam says getting out of his chair and heading toward the basement.

I wondered that if I went I'd actually make some more friends since I am homeschooled. Everyone except Ashton is or was homeschooled.

"NOOOO!" Ashton screams. "Why! Do we have to go?!" Ashton keeps hollering as you can hear the effects as Sam shuts off the Xbox One.

"Hey! I didn't even get to save!" Ashton gets mad.

"Oh shut up no one cares." Sam says slowly walking up the the stairs.

We head outside and I lock the door as Sam is still pulling Ashton down the door step. I put the key in my pocket.

"You know I make more friends on my Xbox more than in real life?" Ashton tries to make Sam let go of him.

"Why because your socially ackward?" I say as I we step first foot on the side walk.

"Wait were walking?" Sam asks.

"Yeah it's only a few blocks away..." I say as we cross the street.

"Aww man, I left my phone inside." Ashton groans.

"What?" Sam says in an unhappy manner.

"I left my phone inside!" Ashton complains.

"Can I just go back and get it." He says turning around as I stop him.

"No, you can live without it."

"But-" Ashton gets cut off.

"There it is!" Sam points

I look up at the tall building.

"Yeah, no... I'm not going in there." Ashton says almost gasping.

We join the crowd as a bunch of kids and even adults waiting to get in.

"Hey, you guys waiting to get in?" A kid with brown partial curly hair walks up to us.

"Yeah?" I answer.

"Well... the names bit. Nice to meet you." Bit says holding out his hand to shake mine.

There's a pause I'm just thinking in my head like "what's going? Who is this kid? WHO even names their own child Bit?"

"Cynthia" I answer holding out my hand to shake his.

"Ok, the doors open, there's no time to start making love quotes ok! Let's go!" Sam says basically pulling off my arm and pushing both Ashton and me towards the door.

Sam hates it when I talk to boys, I don't really know why? But for some literal reason I think it's because he hates that whenever he tried talking to a girl they either ignored him or called him a nerd, because he overly smart.
