"Listen up everyone! We have some important rules, we are not allowing smoking and especially lighters this year! That means u boys." This lady says walking up on stage pointing at the gang in my group.
"Ugh, why." One of the thugs say throwing his lighter at a table along with the others.
"So much for a pure foundation." Bit says to Nicole making her laugh but I don't think she heard him well since she def in her left ear and that's the ear he whispered in.
"I like pasta!" As I can hear Ashton screaming out from the other side of the crowd.
I face palm being embarrassed as everyone I know here knows I'm related so they all turned and look at me smiling.
"Well, I like pasta too, but there's none of that here." The lady on this small platform giggles.
"That's right, Jenny but we got some work to do, teamwork!" The man says as everyone else groans.
Teamwork? I hope I partner up with Nicole or melody, hopefully not one of the gang members or Bit.
"I will pair all of you up since the butterflies aren't doing this and there's no larva members."
I knew it, were being paired. After 10 minutes of pairing of course I'm close to last.
"Cynthia and... who's this again?" The man fiddles with the name pages.
"Oh that's his name the pronunciation." Jenny says pointing on the papers
"Oh ok, Cynthia and Carson!" The man shouts out.
Oh dear who is that..?
A boy steps out from the gang group. He's not necessarily hot like the rest of them but he's got muscle and he's not very, scary he's more normal.
"Please come over here" the man points at a spot next to the rest of the crowd.
I walk towards the spot as the guy is already there.
"Names Carson, you?" The boy my age asks turning his head at me.
"Cynthia." I say more strictly but shy.
He just looks back at the man with no answer. Scary.
"Nicole and Bit! Over next to that group!" The man points at me and Carson.
"Oh no not this kid again." Bit says groaning.
"YES!" Nicole screams loudly.
"Melody and Marge. Over there." The man points next to melody and this other girl I've never seen before.
About 3-4 minutes later, everyone got into groups.
"Ok here's the plan these are going to be your partners for the rest of the month then we'll switch again." The man says.
"Yesssssss..." Nicole says making the happiest face ever and is hanging onto Bit's arm.
"L-o-l." Bit says in a playful annoying manner.
"What you guys will be doing is planting your tree you have ten minutes go pick up whatever tree you want from Jenny over in the back." He points at Jenny with like 7 different types of trees.
"These trees that you pick and plant will be studied and brought home after a month of who ever wants to keep it." The man says.
"Get to work guys." Jenny shouts and everyone else starts talking and a few groups go to the table of the trees.
"Hey Carson, long time no see." Bit says walking up to My partner Carson.
"Yeah I guess." Carson says deeply smiling.
"So get your dog yet Carson?" Nicole jumps onto Carson's back like he's a carnival ride.
"No." He says holding his breath but falls because Nicole is too heavy.
"Weakling." Nicole says as she gets up and walks off next to Bit.
"Wait you both know him?" I ask looking at both of them.
"Yeah there like both my best friends!" Nicole says very hyper like.
"Not really but we use to play video games with eachother a lot." Bit says and Carson nods back agreeing.
"I play video games! What console do you play on?" Ashton says joining the conversation.
"Who's your partner Ashton?" I say interrupting.
"Me." Sam says walking up to our tiny group.
It goes silent in between all of us.
"So you think the counselor is a bit creepy?" Nicole says.
"Not really why?" Carson says glaring at the old man.
"Because I heard short stories of him trying to get kids to tell him stories of the Everthorne tree." Nicole says like it's a conspiracy story.
"Isn't that like not in existence though?" Sam asks.
"No one knows." Bit says.
"Heh, guess we will find out if we stick by him any longer." Carson says and we all laugh.
