I brush my hair out and throw it in a simple ponytail. I slip on sneakers and walk down stairs. The love blanket is growing stronger and I am over whelmed my own nerves. I go into the kitchen to grab some food and grabbed a nutri-gran bar. i unwrapped it and walked to the living room. "Hey mom. What's the plan for today?" I ask looking down at my phone as I sat down. "Well Annie if you would look up from your phone once in a while you would see we have some company." I look up and see Hayden. I start blushing like crazy and turn back to my mom. "Oh" I state dryly as I look around the room and my eyes land on Hayden but he was already staring at me."Why is he staring at me?" i thought. "Cause your pretty" I hear back in his tone. My eyes go big. "Hey we are going upstairs to talk" I say as I get up and pull Hayden up with me. We rush up stairs and I close my door. "How did you hear my thoughts?!" I question him with nerves. "I don't know!" He says with nerves ringing in his voice."How can we read each other minds!" I don't want to know this answer but he does answer." Is it our insight? Because they are almost the same thing" "But why are we just finding out about this?" "I don't know. I asked my parents why I felt this stuff and they didn't know. They say the feeling doesn't come in til 15 years old" "So why are we different?" He shakes his head signalling he didn't know.I let out a puff of air and stood up.
