Emily ran quickly towards Elena, a grin on her face.

"Woah there, you have to be careful, she just woke up," said Stefanie. She didn't want Elena to get hurt again, none of the girls did. But Emily ran towards Elena anyway, but gently hugged her.

"Before you drown us with questions, we have some answers," Stefanie added, "Rianne and I weren't there to see it, but you were shot in your stomach, fortunately the bullet was removed by yours truly, and we brought you here so you would have shelter."

Stefanie's heels clicked against the marbled floor and she sat beside Elena and Emily. Elena looked down at her pale arm.

"Is it.. supposed to feel like its paralyzed then?" She asked, hoping to get a positive response.

"Well," Stefanie started to explain, "I numbed it so the pain would be less harsh. It might feel light for about 1 to 3 weeks. I wouldn't recommend working yourself too hard but ultimately, it's your choice."

Stefanie's warm smile began to grow, and Elena's worries began to disappear.
Elena wasn't trusting the 2 girls immediately, yes they saved her but for what cost?

"Elena?" asked Emily while nervously fidgeting with her dirty shirt, Elena turned towards Emily and before she could answer Emily spoke up again.

"While you were unconcious those 2 asked us to be in a gang with them, is said yes."

After letting the words sink in she understood the meaning behind them, she was now in a gang.

She slowly nodded and looked up at Stefanie and Rianne.

"Okay," Elena said with a small smile

They all felt relieved at the relaxed answer, knowing that if she had said no it wasn't going to be nice.
