His answer was that he chose me. He moved back and broke up with his girlfriend. We still weren't dating. But that's okay because I was the one he was flirting with.
A few weeks went by and he finally asked me to be his girlfriend. I said "yes" of course. I was so happy that the day finally came that the first guy I fell for is now my boyfriend.
Although he was still friends with his ex and she made the whole thing so awkward.
