chapter 22

Sunday.

Naomi pov:

For the first time in forever, I wasn't woken up by something. And I'm thankful cause I really needed sleep. I went on my phone to check if I had any messages and social media.

There was three different people that texted me.

Gray❤: I'm sorry

Ethan: is Grayson sad cause you didn't drop him home and he had to take an uber

Kristian: I got a question for you

I didn't reply to any I left them on read. I wasn't being petty it was just like a lot of work to text back and I had to get ready because my grandparents are coming into town today so we have to pick them up from the airport.

I went to go and brush my teeth shower and get ready. I just threw on sweatpants and and big white T-shirt. I put my hair in a messy bun and I got my Nike slippers and a pair of socks.

I went downstairs and my parents were all ready to go. I think we might go to lunch or dinner later on.

I got a granola bar and went to my car. I was going to go with my parents but then I texted back Kristian and he asked me to drop him to the mall since his brother took his car.

I finally go to the airport and we waited for my grandparents they took forever. Don't know if I mention this but it's my mom's parents.

They finally came out with all their luggage. We hugged and so on and my grandparents were already complaining cause my phone was going off. All they saw was the flash and I explain to them that people are texting me but they thought somebody was trying to hack into my phone.

So I left them and went by Kristian to pick him up.

"Hey"
"Hey"
"So what mall do you want to go to"
"Um you can go to any one you want"
"You sure"
"Yea"
"Then ima drop you the one in Long Island"
"Buts that all the good places I don't what you to drop me all the way there"
"The mall in Long Island has good clothes, you shouldn't be wear old clothes for college"
"Are you sure"
"Yea I'm sure anyways I'm going to shop at a couple of stores"
"Alright"

We finally got there and Kristian went inside while I was on my phone.

Gray❤: I'm sorry
Gray❤:I'm not going to argue for being left on read
Gray❤: can I see you I want to say I'm sorry in person and why I did what I did
Gray❤:I really am sorry I was being protective because it happened to my sister
Me:I only responded because you said something happened to your sister
Gray❤: not going to argue but wow but can't I meet you
Me:I'm at the mall
Gray❤: can I meet you there or later
Me:you can meet me here if you want
Gray❤: what mall
Me:the one in Long Island
Gray❤: I'll see you soon
Me: text me when you get here

I got out of my car and went inside.

The first store I went to was Forever 21. I got a couple of rip jeans, shirts and dresses. Then I went to Bath and Body Works and got a couple of lotions, perfumes and candles.

After shopping from those two stores Grayson had to texted me saying he was here. I went back to my car and saw he was parked a couple cars down. I walk over to him and knocked on the window.

He opened the door got out and looked at me. His eyes were all puffy and his cheeks were all red.

"Were you crying"
"Yea"
"Why" I asked while I put my hands on his face
"Because of what I did"
"You didn't had to cry I would have forgive you"
"No you wouldn't"
"Yes I would"
"Grayson please stop crying I forgive you"
"I'm a bad person"
"No you're not you're a great human being and I love you"
"I got jealous"
"It's okay to get jealous"
"But it wasn't okay for me to do what I did"
"It's over now just please stop crying you're making my heart break"
"You want to know why I did what I did"
"Grayson it's okay it's over" I said while I wiped his tears away
"It's not okay you were hurt because of me"
"No I wasn't trust me it's okay"
"I'm a horrible person"

I open the car door and sit him down.

"Grayson shush it's okay I'm not hurt" I said while putting his head on my chest
"I'm sorry"
"It's okay just be quiet and relax"

We were in this position for a good 5 minutes until my phone buzzed.

"You know no girl has ever made me cry"
"Well you're not a man anymore"

I check my phone and it was Kristian asking where he should meet me I told him in another hour cause I still had to get shoes.

"Why don't you go home or wherever and I'll text you when I get home"
"Can I come with you"
"I'm sorta with a friend but I promise I'll text you later"
"Wait before you go can I come over tonight"
"Maybe"

I went back inside the mall and went to Adidas. I got two pairs of sneakers from there. Both NMD one in olive green and one in rose gold. Next I went to Nike and I got some slippers and Tanjun for women's in black and white.

I meet up with Kristian. We both get Red Mango then leave. I drop him home then go home. When I came out of the car I realized I had a bunch of bags because of all the stuff I bought.

My parents weren't home because they went on a business trip. They both work for the same company. So I texted Grayson saying he can spend a night or two.

My grandparents were home all I had to do was sneak him around or I'll just tell my mom in the morning cause my grandparents had big mouths.

I felt bad cause I made him cry. After an hour or so he finally got here. We went upstairs to my room and all we did was cuddle. No phones no TV or no talking just cuddling.

Grayson has legit changed my life.
