Out of breath, she arrived on the first floor, looking for Subaru. She finally found the male on his own, stood against the wall with his arms crossed, a frown on his face. "The Hell happened to your face? Can you not even take care of yourself? Idiot." He pushed off the wall and began walking down the corridor, (Name) walking a couple of paces behind him, "What does anything I do have to do with you? Shut up." The girl was tired and annoyed, which seemed to make her push Subaru further than she intended. "Do you want me to kill you?" He stopped and growled, sick of her insults.

"You could do, it'd be better than constantly living like this anyway." She looked down at her feet.

"Little (Name), can you come over here for a minute?" Her open arms gestured with a sweet and gentle smile on on her features. "Okay momma!" The young (Hair Colour) haired girl put down her pen and paper, running over, and saw that in her mother's smile was full of sadness, "What's wrong momma? Why are you smiling if you're sad?"

Her mother sat little (Name) on her knee, "Do you remember Grandad? The one who used to come over each weekend?" In response (Name) nodded. "Well you see, he passed away yesterday." Tears began to fill (Name)'s eyes, "W-Why momma? Why did he die?!" Anger, frustration and sadness built up inside of her, "How could he?!"

"Now now, Little (Name), it wasn't Grandad's fault, humans aren't immortal you know. We won't live forever. Just remember, you've got to always hope and live for the future. Just keep going and doors will open up to you, even when they may be disguised."

"Okay momma, I promise, I will."

"But, I made a promise to not die, so I'll pass." She looked up, keeping back her tears. It was less than three days after that incident, that she watched her parents leave for a business trip, and never come back. Though, she still kept that promise to her mother.

Subaru just turned around and began walking off, (Name) following behind. The wandered into a full classroom, with a teacher already stood at the front of the class, lecturing the students on some book. "You're late again, Subaru." He stopped his lecture, frowning at the albino. However, Subaru just made a noise of annoyance and sat at the back beside the window.

"And who are you?" The teacher's sharp tone shocked her, though she just scowled, "Don't speak to me like that. I've done nothing wrong. And if you must know, I am a new student here." She crossed her arms in front of her. His jaw noticeably clenched and his hands balled into fists, "Just go sit down. At the back."

Sighing, she did as told, dropping her bag down and putting her feet up on the desk. It's unlikely the teacher would care- he had already shown dislike towards her. Rocking back and forward on the chair with her hands laced behind her head, (Name)'s eyes slowly closed and she fell asleep.

A loud bang on (Name)'s desk jolted her awake. As she was rested on two of the chair legs, she lost her balance and fell backwards, hitting the back of her head on the wooden floor. Groaning, she opened an eye to see Subaru with his fist slammed on the desk, an angered scowl on his face. "Idiot!" His voice went from a speak to a shout, "Do I have to keep running around after you?! Look after yourself!"

Getting up, she held the back of her head, wincing due to having already hit it earlier. "Shit... It's not my fault I haven't slept well for the past... whoever knows how long." He 'tch'ed, "Well school is over so hurry up. Hearing that school was over, she sighed in relief, "Finally, I can get out of this stupid place." Leaving the room, she made her way to the exit- the only path that she had remembered throughout the course of the night.

Walking to the limo, she groaned and sat down next to the window so that she could look out. Everyone arrived soon after, giving her strange looks, some laughing. "Fu~ Little Doll, you really are a mess aren't you. How very amusing." Laito sat right next to her, a little close for comfort. She shoved him away as much as possible, having to use her feet for extra strength. All the while, Laito sat laughing at her struggle.
