You know the nursery rhyme Thumbkin?

"Where is thumbkin? where is thumbkin?"

And it keeps on going through all the fingers.

The action is to hold your fingers behind your back then hold it out to show the person.

Well, what happens when you get to the middle finger? (Remember, you can only hold out that finger.)
