A few days had passed, and Johnny and I have been having a blast! It was like we were teenagers again except that we weren't drinking illegally, but now I can't drink at all because of my ulcers. Now I was taking a swim in the pool with my neon blue bikini while Johnny was working out. He wanted to get some muscle before we start filming Silence. I was laying on my back and looking at the clouds, just bathing in the sun. Then I hear a rumbling and I stood up in the pool. Then Johnny ran from the side of the mansion and said, "Emmy, Emmy! You gotta..." I got out of the pool and grabbed a towel, quickly wrapping it around me. His eyes got wide and I said, "Johnny what is it?" I saw his Adam's apple bob up and down as he swallowed. "Ummm...get dressed first." I nodded and went inside to my bedroom. I dressed in sneakers, a blue T-shirt, and jeans and I went to the front yard. I gasped when I saw him leaning against an old, dark red bike. He smiled and I said, "Oh my God, Johnny! How did you get this?" I got ahold of a buddy of mine and he said that he had a bike for me, so I went over to his place and bought it. Wanna take a ride, Emmy?" I nodded and he sat on the bike first and I got on behind him. Johnny grabbed my arms and put them around his waist. I smiled and my heart started beating fast. "Hold on." He cranked up the engine and when we started moving my arms gripped him tighter. We started going down Hollywood Boulevard at about fifty miles an hour, and my heart was beating at about five. I snuggled into the back of his neck, and he yelled, "Am I going to fast?" "No! I love it!" We started going a little faster and I squealed with excitement. We drove a little more before we drove back home. I got off and said, "That was so amazing, Johnny." He smiled. "I agree." We walked in and I looked at Johnny. He was smiling at me and I sighed. "Johnny, um...there's something I have to tell you...it's about Silence." He nodded and I said, "We're...gonna have a few...um...scenes together. You know that right?" He smiled. "I know, Emmy. Are you afraid that...we'll get too close?" He walked closer to me and I shook my head. "I've...just never kissed my friend before." I bit my lip. "Don't be afraid when our first kissing scene comes up. I know that I won't be nervous." Johnny turned around and walked away, leaving me standing with my mouth agape. No...no...I can't be falling for my best friend. I just can't.
