Chapter 2: A New House Guest

Your POV: -It has been a long time since you have seen your older stepbrother Russell considering that he had to change schools then leave America. You have grown so much during that time. Unlike Russell you were rather small.You had (h/l) (h/c) hair and beautiful (s/c) skin. When you were younger you wore nothing but pink but once you hit your teenage years your style took a 180. Most of your wardrobe consisted of the color black. *You get off your airplane with your one large piece of luggage and your backpack. You decide to take the escalator down to the welcoming spot. You looked around seeing people being reunited with their loved ones. You search for Russell, then suddenly you hear your name being called and you turn around seeing him.*

Russell: (Y/N)!!

You: Russell!! * you run to him and hugs him*

Russell: *He picked her up and swings her around then sat her down* It is so great to see. You are still the same height as I remember.

You: Oh whatever. Everyone is small to you.

Russell: Oh, I want you to meet my friends. This is Noodle.

*Noodle waves at you*

You: Oh Russell has told me a lot about you. Konbanwa. Watashi no namae wa (y/n) desu. Yoroshiku wo nigishimashimasu. (Hello, my name is ________. Nice to meet you).

Noodle: Nihongo wo hanasemasu ka? (You speak Japanese?)

You: Hai. koko no toki ichinenkan nihongo wo benkyoshimashita. (Yes, I studied Japanese for a year in high school)

*Everyone stared at you two as you and Noodle exchange words in Japanese*

Russell: I didn't know you could speak Japanese.

You: I had to learn a language to graduate I might as well learn one that I'll use when watching anime and Japanese horror films. Cuz reading subtitles completely suck.

*A tall skinny guy with slightly messy blue hair introduces himself to you. You were mesmerized by his dark eyes. It was interesting and scary at the same time. Before you knew it you realized that you were staring at him the whole time he was talking to you. You heard nothing he said*

2-D: ay? Ello? (Y/N)? * When he says your name you quickly snapped out of your staring spell*

You: Oh I'm sorry I zoned out so hard. *Rubs the back of your head embarrassed.* Nice to meet you 2-D. -good thing you knew about them before you came because Russell skyped with you and told you about the shenanigans that the band got into.-

*2D frown thinking that you had no interest in him and that were really just ignoring him. Murdoc took solace in this. Murdoc immediately introduced himself*

Murdoc: Ello I'm Murdoc Niccals. *Murdoc tried to keep a respectful distance considering that Russel was right behind you looking intimidating. He was just waiting for Murdoc to slip up so that he could immediately straighten him out.*

You: Hey I have one question that I have always wanted to ask you.

Murdoc: Ask away luv.

You: Do you paint yourself green for the music?

Murdoc: Noo this is all naturale. I assure you *He winks at you*

You: So you're telling me you're a plant. *Everyone chuckles*

Murdoc: What? How am I a plant?

You: Plants are green so they can get energy from the sun. I asked if you were green to make a statement about your music and you said it was all natural. Therefore, you are a plant.

*Murdoc became offended but he dared not try anything considering that Russell was right there.*
