As soon as I ran out of the house I saw my 17 year old brother,adym,walking up the sidewalk."adym!"I yell as jump up and hug him,"hey Libby." he says.he wraps his arms around me,holding me in the air by the hug he was giving me."why do you look like you were crying?"he asks."because I was."I reply."aww tell big brother why you're sad."he says walking me towards his car.I get in the passenger seat and he gets in the divers seat.he backs out of the driveway and drives down the street."Mario keeps getting with my friends and each time he does he cuts me out completely.and there was this one time he started dating a girl that was bullying me and he joined in on her bullying me.eventually I forgave him and he promised not to go after my friends anymore.but I just caught him chewing on ariella's face.he broke him promise to me."I explain."oh that's pretty tough isn't it?your own brother breaking a promise?"adym asks."he's not my brother anymore.I don't want anything to do with him."I reply."you don't mean that Libby.Mario probably didn't mean to betray you like that."he says."well I know you wouldn't kiss one of my friends.much less date one of them."I reply."you don't know what I'd do."he says playfully pushing me.I start laughing,"this is why you're my favorite brother."I say."and you're my favorite younger sister."he replies."I'm your only younger sister."I say."and I gotta be protective over you."he says."that's part of your job as older brother.and since I'm your favorite little sister,can I stay at your apartment until Mario goes back to florida next week?"I ask."I guess."he says.he drives us to his apartment. When we get to his apartment building we get out of the car and go into the building.once we get to the floor his apartment is on I follow him to his apartment door.he opens the door and calls out to his step brother,Sawyer.I've never met Sawyer,I'm assuming that's why adym is calling him into the living room."hey bro who's this?"Sawyer asks."this is my little sister Libby,Libby this is my brother Sawyer."adym introduces."hey little one how old are you,10,11?"Sawyer asks."she's 15 bro."adym says."I'm just short."I say."oh I'm sorry."Sawyer replies."it's okay.I'll get taller eventually."I say."keep believing that.anyway,she's gonna be staying here with us for a little while."adym says."I will too grow adym alyxander.one day I'll be taller than you."I retort."I'll believe that when you get your braces off."adym replies smartly."don't listen to him I think you look cute with your braces."Sawyer says to me."whatever it's almost 2 in the morning.I'm about to go to bed.Libby go grab a hoodie out of my closet to sleep in."adym says.I run into adym's room and go straight to his closet.I pick out a #lastfam hoodie. Adym walks into the room,"I'm not gonna be a cruel brother so I'll share my bed with you."he says."thanks bro."I say as I give him a hug."you're welcome sis.love ya."he replies."love ya too."I say before laying down on his bed.I read ink u phone until I get really tired.adym was already asleep facing the wall.I plug my phone up and close my eyes.I think about the fight I had with Mario before falling asleep.
