It's been a couple hours since I have seen Summer and she usually would have texted me by now. With a crazy man on the loose, I want her to come back home. It's dangerous.
"You're overreacting," Henry says loosely "She is probably at the club having a good time with her friends. I thought she was annoying, but right now, you're on a whole different level than her,"
"How can you be so relaxed? Everyone is at risk with that man on the loose, even us. He could break into houses," I explained.
"Stop, if you really are worrying this much, go get Summer and bring her home," Henry got up and walked of out the room. He was clearly mad.
That did give me the idea to go and get her, but then I got the notification of a text from Summer. Thank god she was ok, but when I read it, I wasn't sure if she is safe. It read:
'With Clover. Kidnapper. Killer. At Playing Fields. Sitting behind tree. CALL POLICE NOW'
The crazy dude on the TV. The one who kidnapped those girls and who is apparently also a killer. Another text came through.
'Texts aren't sending. I'm okay. Just talking to him. PLEASE CALL POLICE NOW'
So that is what I did. I called the police, they said they would be at the playing fields right away. I had to get there and get Summer. I ran out of the room, grabbed my keys, and was out the door in 2 seconds flat. When I got in my car, I was scared. Not just for Summer, but for him. Who knows if I will get there before the police.
