~Austin's POV~
~3 Weeks Later~
It's been three weeks since I last talked to Jackson. I've been back at school and I love it cause the only times I've really seen him was at night before bed. I just don't want to don't want to deal with him being a dick to me, so that's pretty much how my life is at the moment. I walked in the house and saw that there was no one in the kitchen. I know he's home because his bike was near my car. I went upstairs to my room and saw him sitting on my bed.

"Jackson what are you doing here?" I say softly.

He looks up at me and it looks like relief washes over his face. I put down my stuff and slowly walk over to him. I didn't know what was going on. He gently grabbed my arm and pulled me down on his lap. I was beyond confused.

"I'm sorry for being such a dick to you Austin. I've just had things happen in my life that I didnt want to happen again." He says softly.

"Jackson what happened?"

"You can call me Jax if you want."

I nod urging him to go on and tell me what happened.

"I just recently lost my wife Tara, we were together for a good few years. She died because of my mom." He says sadly.

"Why did she kill her?"

"My mom thought she was betraying me and well killed her. I haven't told her that I haven't forgiven her yet. I think this whole arranged marriage is her and Clay's way of saying sorry."

"Well I'm not going anywhere " I say to him as I rest my head on his chest.

"Thank you Aussie." He says using the name that I haven't heard in a such long time.

I looked up at him wondering why he said that.

"Only my friends called me that." I say.

"I thought we were friends Aus." He tells me.

I don't remember much from my past because I chose not to. Then I was slowly remembering, getting a headache as I did.

~Flashback~
Jax and I were sitting on his couch doing homework. I was laughing and giggling at something that he said.

"What's so funny Aussie?" He says looking at me.

"Nothing, your face is so funny when you concentrate."

I stopped doing my homework and he pulls under me. I look up at him and smile softly. He then started to tickle her. I started squealing and started to thrash around laughing.

"J-Jax please I'm sorry." I say in between giggles.

"Good you better be." He says smirking, then he stops.

He looked down and realized where his hand was. It was up my shirt, I looked at him and blush.

"I'm uh shit sorry." He mumbled.

"It's fine Jax." I say.

I pull him down and kiss him. He instantly wrapped his arms around my waist. I pull away and smile. I was so happy to have Jax in my life.
~Flashback Over~

I remembered that day so clearly. I looked back at him.

"I had a memory."

"What was it about?"

"We were at your house doing homework and there was tickling involved and we kissed." I say softly.

"I had the same one too." He tells me.

"Can we finally be civil."

"Of course Austin. Oh by the way your parents called me as I was on my way here, and they want us to come over for dinner. They also want to make sure that we are following the 'rules'." He says.

"Ok." I mumbled.

"We have to act like we are a happily engaged couple." Jax tells me.

I nod and walk over to my closet looking for something nice to wear for this dinner.
