NEVER USE THESE!!!!!!! Unless you're doing it in a text format, don't use these. Not only are these the lazy man's way of writing, it's an eyesore to look at. If you're really going to write something, write it out in proper sentences and not in SMS. Don't even write anything if you're not dedicated enough to actually write sentences. Using this just proves your lazy and undedicated to what you're doing. Using them in a text is fine, but using them to describe a scene or have it as part of your character's dialogue is just plain lazy and looks completely stupid. Honestly, I feel like I'm reading my ex-boyfriend's text messages just READING SMS in a PUBLISHED STORY FOR ALL TO SEE. Trust me, it was painful to read his old messages cause a) SMS is all he used, b) he never spelled full words out correctly, and c) IT NEVER MADE SENSE READING IT!!!!!! Please avoid this mistake and DON'T use SMS UNLESS it's for a text format.
