We were done eating breakfast, but we were still sitting at the table.
"I won't ever get back, will I?" I asked. The silence disappeared and was instead replaced with faces that were in shock.
"Y/n..." Jin quietly said. My name, thinking it would stop me. Their silence after that was enough proof that there is no way in hell out of here.
"If you excuse me," I said and stood up.I walked away from the table, and out to the hallways. But from here, I had no clue where to go.
'The gate', I thought.I rushed to the gate. To be free, to get to run away. Even though if I had no idea what was on the other side.
I was so close to the gate when a tall figure popped out of nowhere. It was Jin and his broad shoulders. I looked surprised at him.
"Don't," he said.
"It's not fair Jin, I wanna go home" I replied. I could feel tears building up in my eyes. It was nice living in a castle for one day or two, but it got overwhelming.
"Nothing is fair, and we really are trying to get you home," Jin said. They say that, but they aren't really meaning it. Considering I am still in this castle.
"But I wanna go home Jin, don't get me wrong, it's nice and all... but I don't want to have the responsibility of a princess," I said. It was then tears escaped my eyes.
"It's gonna be okay Y/n," Jin said and held me in a tight embrace. I sobbed in his shirt. Jin is the oldest. He would know better than keeping a girl in capture. I never want to become there princess. I will find a way back on my own.
It was 1 pm. We all had eaten lunch and I was walking to the garden, as I did yesterday. I was really hoping that Jimin wouldn't be here. But who was I kidding? It's his garden.
"Hello," I said and bowed.
"Hello Y/n," Jimin said and smiled. He was watering some flowers.
"I just finished everything, do you want tea?" Jimin continued.
"Sure!", I replied. There was a white table right in the middle of everything, and of course, there were only two chairs. He poured some tea for me and him. I took a sugar cube and dropped it in the tea, and then took a spoon and moved it around in a circular motion.
"By the way, I made you a flower crown!" Jimin said and put a flower crown with white and red flowers on my head. "Just like a princess!, he said and smiled. I froze at the princess. Princess. Princess. No way in hell. I am not a princess. I am just Y/n from a shitty family, except my father. Jimin looked at me concerned.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
"Yeah... It's nothing!" I replied and smiled a little.
"But if it is anything, just tell me, okay!" Jimin assured. I nodded and smiled. After the little tea party, I walked towards my room. Suddenly Hoseok popped right infront of me. I shrieked a little. Hoseok flinched at my reaction.
"Did I scare my beautiful flower?" he asked as he giggled.
"You just startled me a little, it's okay" I replied and smiled. He smiled back.
"We seven are going to ride our horses, do you wanna come with us?" he asked. I nodded.
"Sure!", I said. He looked at me happily. "Okay, go change, it will be uncomfortable to ride in that," Hoseok said and pointed at my dress and then disappeared again.I walked towards my room. I entered it and walked straight to the closet. Still the dark clothes. I choose a black dress.
I put it on, and then made my hair curly and put on a black hat.
After that I walked through the castle. Not knowing where to go.
'Well, why did they tell me to come with them if they don't tell me where they are' I thought. They surely do plan things straight.Suddenly I felt another hand on my hand. It was Yoongis.
"Wha-" I got interrupted by a quick flash. He teleported me to the others. We were outside the gates.
"You told me not to go outside the gates," I said and looked weirdly at them.
"Well... We can't keep you inside forever, that will just make you a bit sadder, so we have an idea," Jin said. "We will surround you with our horses, so no one can attack you or anything, and you can ride in the middle!" he continued. "Makes sense..." I mumbled. They handed me a white horse that was dressed prettily in black equipment.
"Do you need help to come up?" Jimin asked. I nodded, since this horse was so much bigger than the ones I usually ride. He took my hand and helped me up. I jumped on and sat right.
"Do you know how to ride?" Jimin said.
"What do you think, I'm from a rich family in a big mansion, and all that matters is how your attitude is and much elegant stuff you can do", I replied with a hint of sarcasm. Jimin chuckled a little as he jumped on his horse. "I even know ballet..." I mumbled to myself."Anyways, we will ride through the town and then to the forest and stay at our house over there, okay?" Jin said. We all nodded.
I started riding, and not long after they all surrounded me with their horses.
"Just follow me!" said Jin. He started riding out in the town and I just followed slowly.I knew all the so called "not mortals" would think bad of me. So I had my head down a little, but I could still see some parts of the town.
"It's a mortal"
"It's the girl that ruined the princess choosing before"
"Is she their princess?"
"Did they already choose one?"I got stressed hearing it.
"Jin, can we go faster?", I said.
"Yes of course, we can go faster," Jin said. We started riding faster into a little path in the forest, so we had to ride in a line. First Jin, then Namjoon, then Yoongi, then me and Taehyung, Jimin, Hoseok and Jungkook. We rode through the beautiful forest. I never thought I would see one again. I mean, I was pretty much locked in a castle.
I really thought the forest was pretty, but the other side was much prettier. A view over the ocean, and to the right a big field with a big mansion standing there.
"We will be staying there for a week, here we can get some freedom from all the staff and people," Jin said.I just nodded.
