CARTER POV

I have been holding on to this ring for a month and it is now our 4 year anniversary. Today ks the DAT I do everything. Waking up was Maria.

Carter: Good Morning! Thing 1 and 2!

As I kissed her on her lips and her stomach.

Maria: Good Morning Mr.Carter

Carter: Happy Anniversary!

She smiled widely.

Maria: Stay there I have a gift! Okay close your eyes.

Carter: I can hear crackling!!! Are those chips?!?

Maria: Lol no.. Open your eyes! Tadahh!!

The present was creative. It was a collage of every picture we had and made a huge picture of our 1sf picture together. I hugged her tightly and kissed her.

Carter: You wanna know your gift?

Maria: I already do hehe.

Carter: Wait no...

María: I'm just joking haha.

Carter: Hehe ok good! Close your eyes now.

MARIA POV

It was dead silent..

Maria: Carter...

His lips were suddenly planted onto mine. Every second of the kiss got sweeter and sweeter. I opened my eyes and there was Carter making the most silliest face you can imagine.

Carter: Thats your gift!!!

Maria: Haha!

Carter: I'm serious...

Maria: No...

Carter: Hehe I'm joking just wait till our date tonight! okay? :)

Maria: Awe ok.

Carter: No sad, its really "big" hehe.

Maria: Please dont be what I think it is.. cause we already have 1.. but I'll go in the shower now.

Carter: Can I shower with you? hehe.

Maria: no.. go take a bath.

Carter: Fine...

As she walked into the shower I ran to the bed and grabbed the ring. I put it in my pants that I was gonna wear later tonight so I dont lose it.

*BANG*

Coming from the shower was a frightening sound. I bolted towards it and found Maria bleeding and unconscious.

Carter: No baby wake up!

There was no sign what so ever that she was fine. Grabbing a towel to cover her up I scurried to go downstairs into my car.

--------- HOSPITAL

MARIA POV

I woke up  finding acarter beside me and everyone else in one room.

Maria: Where am I?

I looked down and I had band aids and I was wrapped.

Carter: Your in the hospital.. how are you feeling?

I moved and it stinged!!!

Maria: FUUUCKK!!!

Everybody came up to me and held me down.

Everyone: DONT MOVE!

I checked the spot where it felt painful.

Maria: Stitched...

Doctor: Hello Mrs.Reynolds. I'm glad you're awake. How are you feeling?

Maria: Uhh why the fuck do I have stitches?

Doctor: I'm sorry for your lost...

I stared in shock. I couldn't believe that I just got into a miscarriage.

Maria: NO! THIS ISNT TRUE! CARTER TELL HIM THIS ISNT TRUE! CARTER!!!

I burst into tears. Carter hugged me and tried to calm me down.

Maria: NO!NO!NO!!!

MATT POV

I saw her dreadfully crying.. I waited all evening till everybody had left and both Carter and Maria were asleep. I came in the room silently as could be. I watched Carter stay with her for 4 years. Carter taking care of her made me realize he really did love her.. It wasn't meant to be... 4 Years I've gone away and in the 2 years I found someone amazing that made me forget loving Maria.. But it didn't mean J stopped loving her. Bea made me realize that you dont force love but let it come to you. I realized that I have been a bad friend because I left her hanging....both Maria and Ella. I placed a letter on the bed and left...

THE LETTER

written in this letter are words that weren't spoken. Things were said and fought about. But more of that were taken. There wouldn't be anyone to replace.you. I might've found something along the wag but every time I look at this it reminds me of you. Its not the same but.. worth it. A girl I met at Magcon named Bea just.m helped me and thought me what love is. Its been  2 years since we've been dating.. I'm sorry I left you in a had time. Dont think I forgot about you but it was easier to go away than face it. But If I didn't we wouldn't all be happy and find what our missing pieces were. I found Bea..and you found true love.. I'm sorry..
