"I will try my best" I said and smile. Even though he cry infront of me. Nothing will change.

2 years have passed since their graduation. Since Baekhyun answered Chanyeol. Since they start the eternity that they promise.

After their graduation, someone had scouted Chanyeol to be a basketball player in a famous team in their country. He then trained to be part of the team. Its a dream for Chanyeol who loves playing Basketball ever since he was a little kid. So the moment he was scouted for it, he pursue it. And Baekhyun was so proud of him.

And as of Baekhyun, he become a composer for one of the biggest entertainment in South Korea. He made beautiful songs but sadly his songs weren't credited. They didn't give credits to Baekhyun but as long as Baekhyun's composed song was performed by artist, he is fine with it.

For 2 years they spent time with each other. Setting up dates like watching movies, going to dinner dates, Chanyeol teaching Baekhyun to play basketball, Baekhyun teaching Chanyeol to play piano, going to picnic, having a road trio and many more. Its a beautiful scene actually. Seeing this two people loving each other with all their hearts. And even though they fought sometimes, they always make it. They always do something so that it wont last long. Like one day...

They had their dinner date today. Baekhyun who wears a black fitted pants partner with white polo and black shoes, went to the restaurant where Chanyeol made an reservation. He then waited for Chanyeol. After 45 minutes of waiting. Chanyeol came. Still wearing his jersey shorts but changes the jersey into white t-shirt. Baekhyun then frown at the sight. Chanyeol who assumes his dress up is the reason why Baekhyun frown decided to say sorry.

"I'm sorry about how I dress up, Baek. They extended the practice and I know you are waiting so--" Chanyeol apologize but Baekhyun cutted whatever he is about to say.

"Who cares about how you dress! You still look hot. But you are so sweaty! Look at you!" Baekhyun then pointed Chanyeol and continue. "What if you catch a cold. I told you to take care of yourself!" Baekhyun who is now mad again makes Chanyeol smile. He still looks cute even though he is mad. Chanyeol thought.

"This one will never happen again, Baek. Promise." Chanyeol said making Baekhyun nod while we wipes Chanyeol sweats.

After that, they order and eat. As they eat, they talk about how their days go. Chanyeol who proceeds that after more practice he will be able to enter the team and Baekhyun who talks about writing a new song.

After the dinner. They went home. And Chanyeol help Baekhyun writing a song called "Baby Don't Cry"

Beautiful it is.

Not until Chanyeol have been accepted and become part of the famous basketball team. He spend 3/4 of his time training while 1/4 resting. Creating a less moment with him and Baekhyun. Baekhyun who understand Chanyeol's situation decided not to bother his boyfriend even though he miss having dinner dates, picnic and road trips. He knows how important it is for Chanyeol. He knows how Chanyeol work hard for it. So why would he bother something important for some petty reasons.

Chanyeol who works hard after entering the basketball team have been oblivious to what is happening about his relationship with Baekhyun. All he knows is that he has a loving boyfriend who supports him in his career.

And after some time, Chanyeol made his debut. He is announced to the whole South Korea that he and some other players have made it to be part of the famous team.

Baekhyun who always supported Chanyeol made his way to the event. In there he see his oh-so-handsome boyfriend. He sitted somewhere he knows his boyfriend can see him. And when their eyes meet, they smile to each other. Chanyeol who had a wide smile because of how happy he is while Baekhyun who had a smile because of how proud he is to his boyfriend. But there is a glint of sadness in his eyes in which he try to cover with a wide smile.

Little did he know, it will result something which is more than sadness.
