My Doc is Pretty Possessive

Chapter 7

"What's your full name Ena?"

That jerk asked me. I don't know why I'm so irritated. Maybe because he is bossy and arrogant. What will he even do by knowing my name.

He dared to order me at the Ward. It's not our fault that there is no work. Moreover we aren't students anymore so we can sit whenever we want, right? What if they own this hospital. I don't care. I was so annoyed so I didn't even look at him.

I was about to reply, just then the waiter came with our breakfast.I didn't bother telling him my name.

" I'm so hungry ", belle said keeping her phone inside.I'm hungry too.

We had our breakfast. That arrogant jerk paid the bills. He spoilt my mood already.
We walked out together. The hospital is large no doubt. Full of doctors, patients, attenders, students, workers and so on.

We reached the Ward.

"Ena, come with me",Dylan said.His eyes were fixated at me. I turned my head to avoid his gaze. He walked toward the last room.The patient had a complain of severe back ache this morning.

"We'll take him to the lab, treat him",he said more like ordering around. Despicable jerk!

The male nurse came and took the patient. I followed him. We reached the electro room. I let the patient lay on the bed itself. I checked the machine and started giving him the heat therapy.

Dylan walked out of the room. What is he thinking? He had a serious face. After some minutes I was done. I let the patient lie on the bed for few more minutes.He was sitting on the chair outside. Still thinking.  He's wearing a black pant with white shirt. His jaw line was prominent. His moustache is subtle and clean. I love the smell of his perfume.No wonder he's a playboy. He has everything and  is a perfection.

That's why I hate him.

"You can stop looking at me",he said without turning his head toward me.

Ugh!!! Smart ass.

"I was looking  outside",I replied. He's not stupid Ena.

"I'm going back to the Ward now",I said before he could say anything. He is still thinking something. I wonder what's going on in his head. After having breakfast he is in La la land.

I walked outside and look behind to see if he's coming. Thank God he didn't.

"Hey Ena, how did it went?",belle asked me.

"Fine?", I replied more like questioning . She had mischievous smile on her face.

"What?", I'm sure she's thinking something crazy.

"Did you guys talked? I think he likes you. He called you and not me", she said faking a sad face.

"No way, stop wasting your energy  thinking", what is wrong with her now.

"I'm going home. It's 3:45pm already ", I told her. I have to talk to Kay about hostel. I'm going to have a hard te convincing them.

"Okay, you go ahead. I have some works to finish!"

I stopped at the bakery and bought some muffins and pastries.I love muffins so much. They taste heaven. Mmmhhh!! My mouth is watery now.

I reached home. I didn't saw aunt, Kay will be home soon.

I went up to my room. I was bit tired. I took shower and decided to take a nap.

"Wake up, dinner time ", Kay woke me up. I checked the time, it's 8:00 pm. I slept this long?.Okay.

I washed my face. Kay was still sitting on my bed. I have to tell them about hostel. I don't want to leave them but it'll be better for me.

We went downstairs. Aunt was already sitted.

"I guess you worked a lot today Ena",she said.

"Nothing much aunt,i didn't know i feel asleep"

"Its okay,come and sit",she passed the dishes.

I have to tell them now.Aunt is like a mother to me i dont want to hurt her.And kay ,i know it wont be wasy to convince them.

"Aunt,there is this hostel for doctors.Its just nearby our hospital.So,i was thinking of shifting there.", i said awkardly. I dont know what she will say.

"Ena,its okay i wont stop you.You are grown up and responsible. If you think that is better then you can shift. As for us,you are always welcome here ", she said sincerly. I didnt expect  that.  Kay was still silent .

"Can i say something?", i looked at kay.

"I know you will shift even if i stop you.So i have a condition. You will have to stay here every weekend" ,she said looking at me .

"Uh!  If I don't get night duty then yeah I'll come". Getting night duty is really an ass. It's so tiresome.

"But I still don't want you to go".

"When do you want to shift ena?",Aunt asked me.

"This weekend I guess ", I replied. I wanted to shift sooner.

"Okay, We'll drop you".

I just nodded. This conversation went well. I didn't know it'll be easy convincing them.

After having dinner I went up to my room. Kay was sleepy already so she went to her room. I just woke up, what will I do now.

I called up my mom. They don't even remember to call me. Dad was out for a week for business. I was bored.
I logged in to insta. I hardly browse, even if I do I don't stay up for long. Sometimes I feel like my life turned upside down. I feel lonely. There's nothing to be even happy. Every morning I try to cheer myself for little things. Its only these little things that makes me happy.

I typed "Dylan Marshall".Yeah I'm going to stalk him tonight. Let me also see how is he in internet world.

He must be living a happy life. He's so perfect.

I watched every of his picture. He studied outside.Is he single?  Oh yeah!  Men like him don't do relationship. There's not even a single picture of him with any girl. He had lots of pictures with his family. Such a boy. He has a brother and a sister.

Aww this picture is so cute. He's holding a baby girl. His brown eyes glistening, he looks so happy.

There was this one video. It's his birthday party with only his family. He walked around the room laughing. His smile is so addictive.He has such a happy family. I envy him so much.

You're such a stalker Ena. You said you hate him.

Yeah!  I do. But I always feel something different when  he's around,when he talks to me, when I hear his voice. I don't know if this feeling is even good or bad? 

I shut down my Mac. I went inside the bathroom to brush my teeth. I changed into PJ's. I have to pack my things tomorrow after coming back.
I closed my eyes and darkness soon welcomed me.
