~ And in her smile I see SOMETHING more beautiful than the STARS ~

"What the hell is going on between you and that girl", Ashley bombarded in as I came out of my office.

What that hell is she even doing here now.

"Why are you here? I told u not to show up until it's your duty.", I asked her trying to suppress my irritation.

"I came to ask you about last night's incident", she said nearing me. Her full cake face make up and her strong perfume was nauseating me. Day by day she's becoming more demanding. I don't know what the hell does she think about herself.

"This is a hospital, go and throw off your tantrums somewhere", I said avoiding her. She won't understand the word 'No'. I'm not having any conversation with her.

"You have to tell me what's going on between you too", she asked still insisting me to answer her.

"Ashley you are nothing to me. The sooner you understand that, the better for you. Now, get lost I've other important works", I said in my most civilized way since I was in hospital. Else I'd have thrown her away.

Why does she has to be such a headache!  I'm already caught up by the date tonight. I'm planning to surprise My girl tonight. But first I need to clear my mind and...

"Dr. Marshall, the Chairman wants to see you right now", the girl disturbed my thoughts. I lastly darted my eyes to Ashley warning her to go.

Just the perfect time to see the right man.

"Okay, I'm coming", I told the new assistant. I stood up and walked out of the Ward knowing what he's going to talk about. I never fought or misbehaved in the hospital. I hope he goes easy on me.

"Care to explain about last night?", My grandad asked me sounding disappointed. Being a doc and fighting on a fresher party wasn't cool. I wasn't being professional, I understand that but, when it comes to her I even lost my common sense.

Damn babe!

He coughed, waiting for me to answer him.

"That...it's nothing important. I've handled everything already you don't have to worry", I said making my voice firm and confident.

"It is important when you're involved. I just wanted to know the real fuss going on". Its so funny how my grandad still acts cool in his age. If it was my dad questioning me then i'd be long gone.

"Trust me grandpa, there's nothing i can't handle and i will never disappoint you", I told him trying to hide about Ena. I don't know how my family will react yet. Although my mom has already started bugging me for marriage. I don't want to let them know this way.

"That's like my son. And your gram's asked you to come home this weekend, i'm afraid its something dangerous", his face lightened up talking about her wife.

We laughed together knowing that grandma and mom will ask me about my love life and then marriage. Grandad loves me a lot and I know that, sometimes I even take advantage of it. He acts strict with others but at home he is just down to earth.

We  later talked about hospital works and the upcoming campaigns and awareness nearby. Our hospital send staffs around this area and give free medical check ups and treatments. It's all because of my Dad and my great grandfather.

It was lunch time by the time we finished talking. I had a great talk with him. I always learn new things from him.

"And Son, good choice. You can even bring Ena with you this weekend", my grandad said as I was about to walk out. Smart old man.
