" I think the rehersal was successful." liam smiles out as he came back to the picnic table a napkin in his hand.
It was three days after the wedding rehearsal and Zayn, liam and Justice were eating ice cream at their favorite parlor.
Well Liam and Justices favorite parlor, Zayn could care less.
"Yeah well besides Niall's antics, I don't get how you're still friends with that bloke." Zayn says shaking his head before grabbing one of the napkins liam laid on the red table they were sitting at.
"He's been my friend since grade school, and you know people say the same thing about you." liam defends pulling justice onto his lap so he could wipe the excess ice cream off of her face
" Say what?" Zayn asked taking justices hand in his and kissing it earning a giggle from the little one.
" They ask me why I'm still with you." liam mumbles before pecking justice on the cheek signaling that he was all done cleaning her up.
"I go play now?" justice asked staring up at liam with puppy dog eyes.
" ask puppa." liam suggests trying to get his fiance involved.
Zayn looks at the park that was set up near the building. It consisted of a slide, two swings and monkey bars.
" if you pinky promise daddy you'll be careful." zayn says holding out his pinkie.
Justice grinned wildly before running over to her father linking their pinkies together.
"alright love go ahead." zayn says smiling, but justice surprised him by jumping at him and hugging him her tiny arms squeezing him as tight as possible.
Zayn laughed a meaningful laugh hugging her back, moments like this made zayn want to change into a person every one would love, but its not like he hasn't been trying.
"What was the hug for?" Zayn asked his 3 year old daughter.
She smiled up at Zayn in adoration...Zayn really didn't understand that no matter what he did she'd always love him.
"cuz I love you." she giggles out before turning and running off to play on the jungle gym.
" I can't wait until we officially become a family." Liam enthuses licking his ice cream cone quickly.
"Yeah well, its the middle of fall and were eating ice cream so let's worry about this for now." Zayn says simply not trying to upset liam but he did.
"Why do you do that?" Liam asked shaking his head.
"Do what?" Zayn asked sighing.
"You always hate talking about our future." Liam says trying to keep his voice calm so that Zayn wouldn't make this into an argument.
"I don't hate talking about our future, I just like to live in the moment." Zayn defends getting annoyed with the conversation rather quickly.
" well when you live in the present, you tend to forget about how it will affect your future." liam replies throwing his cone in the closest bin he could.
"Your acting like a fucking life coach." Zayn growls out.
" I just don't want things to to back to-"
"I know liam, I suppose you think I'm out fucking other people every night while my fiance and daughter are asleep." Zayn accuses.
" Will you stop jumping down my throat, I'm just saying-" liam tries again but Zayn began again.
" you're saying what you always say... I know I'm a horrible person you don't need to remind me." Zayn says standing up from the bench.
"puppa where going?" justice shouts from the slide.
