Liam paced back in forth in Nialls living room his eyes red from crying his hands entangaled in his hair and his heart beating a thousand speeds too fast.
Ashton was sitting on Nialls couch watching his Uncle go frantic.
"Liam you have to calm down." Niall says to his best friend returning to his side with a glass of water.
"Niall I love him and he....I thought....for seven years its not f-fair." Liam chokes out trying hard not to sob.
"Everything happens for a reason." Niall tries to convince but Liam was in complete hysterics.
"I can't live without him Niall...I'm nothing without him, Justice is ours not mine I can't do the custody thing I just want my Husband Niall." Niall knew that this was all just too messy at the moment with the court date being tommorow for his case with Zayn and now Liam falling apart.
"I could take care of you and justice...you know that." Liam just shook his head as he wiped his tears which were soon replaced with fresh ones.
"Niall, I need Zayn...look maybe if you-"
"Maybe if I drop the charges he'll take you back?" niall asked finishing Liams sentence.
Liam was about to answer when his phone vibrated on the hard counter, Liam immediately ran to his phone hoping it was Zayn but it wasn't it was Luke.
"Hello?"
"Liam holy shit..Liam I do you know where Ashton is I can't find him." Luke gasped out like he was dieing.
"He, uh he's right here why whats wrong?" Liam asked being concerned for the lad.
"Who is that?" Niall asked curious.
"Nialls there, Holy fuck put me on speaker phone." Luke almost yells but Liam couldn't tell if he was mad or happy or what.
But Liam put him on speaker phone.
"Liam, Niall, Fucking Ashton....I got, fuck man I'm gonna be a dad!" Everyone except Ashton was completely silent.
"Dude you're life is fucked!" Ashton yelled. Liam and Niall gave him a grimmace.
"Wait are you Upset...mad..sad?" Niall asked not sure how to feel.
"I'm I don't, Harry's almost here now and.."
"Wait Harry..Harry is who you've got pregnant?" Liam asked.
"Yeah..he well fuck here he is now I have to go."
and with that the phone went dead and each one of them stared at eachother.
"It fucking figures." Niall whispers.
"What else is gonna happen fuck." Liam says next.
"and this is why me and Louis don't fuck." Ashton says under his breath making Liam and Niall look at him weird.

Liam finally got the guts to go home and he broke down as soon as he saw Zayn in their bedroom packing his things.
He ran out to the porch immediately crying.
"Look Liam It's just something has come upt in my life and I decided that I need to do whats right for not just me for everyone." Liam looked at Zayn as he stood on their porch his eyes still red from hours of crying.
