THE REAL BEAUTY

Happy birthday appi di aka roma di...many many happy returns of the day. I wish you got whole happiness of world. One of the priceless gift I got from TU is you whom I can rely at any moment. Love you. This one I thought n wrote for my college magazine when I was in college..but at the edge of moment I thought it would be silly ,so rather than submitting it I went on with my science experiments. This was my very first own thought regarding writing. I don't know how you like it, still I wish you to like it and give your views. Because it's very special to me as my first thought.

Radhika and Ritika twin sisters..they were daughter of Dilip Mishra,renowned professor...although they were twins they were very much different from each other,from outer appearance to inner nature..ritika was a beauty queen, heavenly beautiful, ultra modern and wild natured while Radhika was an average looking girl, tom boy type and much reserved...one noticeable thing in radhika was her deep brown eyes which shows her intelligence...but one best thing was ,both sisters share a strong bond...ritika was mama's ladli where as Radhika was papa and grandpa's Pari...both sisters completed their graduation with distinction...Dilip was worried for their further academics...ritika wanted to pursue her career in modelling and then acting but Dilip was completely against that...he told both sisters to finish their masters degree first...

Ritika disagreed, she told;" I'm smart and beautiful, I should utilize my charms else it's a insult to my beauty...i know there's no body who can compete with me in my beauty and nobody has the nerve to say no to me for anything"...

Even mala supported her...mala said ;" let my daughter do whatever she wants,she can become famous and make us proud"...

Dilip can feel the pride and ego in both of their voices...but he was full aware about the black history behind those gleaming glamour industry...so he told his final decision ;" you can do your modeling; but after completing MBA,I hope you have no problem with it"...

Both mala and ritika got shocked becoz they never thought Dilip would agree very easily...so ritika happily accepted the decision..but Dilip was thinking something else...after ritika went away, mala told about the proposal came for ritika proudly...but she was sad that there's no proposal for radhika...Dilip asked if ritika agreed ,mala replied , "as usual she denied"...

Dilip got angry;" when will she get back her senses that outer beauty is nothing. She not only rejected everyone but also humiliated the candidates for their looks...if this is going on there will be nobody here for your ladli"...and he was right. Ritika had a syndrome of self flattering and superiority.

Mala replied;" don't worry,nothing will happen like that,if she wants then there will be a queue of boys for her"...

Dilip become frustrated after hearing mala and mummer like mother as daughter...Dilip was going through the bio-data of the recent candidate which came for ritika. He observed more intently, the more he look the more he fascinated toward him as some strong magnet. He thought if not for Ritika, he would fit him for Radhika. He had a strong belief his daughter never disobey him. But ; he had a doubt if the guy would deny after hearing him. That would be one embarrassing moment. He stopped his thought right there as his phone buzzed.

After few days both sisters went for shopping after their admission in new college. They did enjoy their quality time, on the way of returning Ritika dragged Radhika to see the water fountain dancing. All the while Radhika thought about her upcoming academics. Ritika went to buy ice creams for them , saw a man lied unconscious with little bleeding bruises. She shouted for help ; but nobody heard her because all were busy enjoying fountain dance with music. She called Radhika and both sent him hospital by ambulance. Radhika was expressing her frustration, " geez...today's man and their reek of alcohols'." Both went home , Ritika was praising herself how she saved a man and all ; while radhika prefer to keep silence. Next day when both reached at college there were a gossip spread among students about kindness and compassion of Ritika. She was already famous for her beauty and this added another milestone to her activities. Her social networking sites were bombarded with that work with extra spicy masala. Well according to Ritika, she knew how to keep up herself highlighted and controversial figure so she could become one of the famous person one-day, with all attentions on her.
