Meluha, widely known as the Indus valley civilization is its original name. The ancient 5000 year old, Meluha , once was a prosperous and developed city, where lifestyle of people were too comfortable and luxurious , beyond imagination of modern day mind. That ancient valley had many attractive fascinating theory which drawn thousands of mind into it like some cast was spelled.  One of those mind was Gitanjali's , who was always spellbound and lost when it come to Meluha.

Gitanjali Rao , a rookie at a corporate lawyer firm and dreamt of becoming the second S.S. Kumar , who was very famous among lawyer circle. She was a big fan of Amish Tripathy's magnificent  Shiva trilogy, especially The immortals of Meluha. Her second most favorite hobby was reading unlimited if she had no work to do and wonder about the life at Meluha especially. If not a lawyer , she might have been categorized as dreamer of Meluha.

Living with her single mother, from childhood Gitanjali managed to overcome her inferiority of poor background and made a strong approach toward life. She completed all her academic with scholarship and got the internship at corporate firm on her talent. Being a hard worker, punctuality was her another trait which lacked in most of the younger generation nowadays.

“Gita, you are still hovering over that book. Exactly how many times you need to read that to come out of that dream?” Her mother Supriya told setting the food.

“Till my breathe continue.” Gita replied with a pleasant smile, closing the book.

“Come, I prepared your favorite biriyani today as your birthday present.” Supriya told adoring her child who got off immediately hearing the word biriyani and rushed to wash her hand and mouth. After few seconds when Gitanjali joined her mother, Supriya  said in low voice, “ I am sorry my child. I can’t even bought any fancy things for your birthday.”

“Mama, you are with me. What else can be a better present for me other than the fact I am not an orphan at least. I don’t need any fancy things, I need you Mama. Only you and ...” Gitanjali stopped abruptly giving a playful smirk.

“And?” Supriya asked getting her daughter’s naughtiness.

“And my Meluha dream of course.” Gitanjali completed while Supriya placed her hand on her head seeing her daughter’s impossible nature. After a minute both brusted out in laughter.

When going to sleep at night, Gitanjali found her one duptta stucked at  right side leg of the closet. Upon pulling that, the dupatta came out with an old book consists of some dried palm leaves rather than some paper.

Seeing the cover, after wiping the thick dust, Gitanjali remembered that was one old book which was with her grandmother from generations as some kind of inheritance. The exact date of book was unknown. She bought the book with herself and sat on bed thinking about her old days with her grandmother. She vaguely remembered all memories with her granny as she was too little when the old woman passed away. But one thing she correctly remembered, her granny was super wise and gave advices to others who needed it. One particular advice she clearly remembered, because she was nagging her granny too much to know the meaning behind it.

“Don’t think pasts are bygone or future isn’t existing. Everything was existing like a circle of life. You can only access those moments of time, when you have strong willpower.”

She remembered even her grandmother told them about their upcoming poor life and misery ; which would be solved with due time. How did she know everything beforehand? Though she didn’t get the meaning of her grandmother’s word in childhood, but coming to it she thought she got the meaning now.
