Miraculous Ladybug: Double Heroes

(Adrien/CN) Part 5: Getting Back the Moth and Peacock Miraculouses

Adrien/Chat Noir's P.O.V.

As I ran back to my house, I couldn't help but wonder who we should give the Miraculouses to, and, IF my father really was Hawk Moth, what was the need of all the other Miraculouses?

'I'll discuss this with Ladybug,' I decided, it was our choice to make, together.

I got into my room just as I detransformed.

"I want Camembert!" Complained Plagg the moment he came out of the ring.

I rolled my eyes and responded, "I know, I know! I'm going! I'm going!" He stopped glaring at me.

He flew into my shirt pocket as I went down to the kitchen to ask for Camembert. I swear, the kitchen staff probably thinks I'm going crazy...

As I turned the corner, I overheard my father and Natalie talking about some trip.

"Adrien must stay here and keep up with school," he commanded Natalie. Well that's a relief...

"And I will be leaving my erm... grandfather's yes grandfather's brooch here while I'm away. You are to let absolutely no one know this and keep it safe at all costs do you understand!"

Natalie nodded, fear evident in her eyes, "Yes sir! O-of course sir!"

He nodded, "Good. I shall go say goodbye to Adrien then be on my way."

Natalie bowed and put what I assumed was a brooch into my father's safe. I quickly widened my eyes and sprinted to my room. Once I arrived there I took out my homework and pretended to be working on it. There was a knock on my door.

"Yes?" I asked politely. My father walked in.

"Adrien, I will be gone for a month or two on business. In that time there will be no photo shoots or public appearances. You shall be allowed to go to school and hang out with friends, but you cannot go to any galas or parties offered by the mayor or his daughter is that clear!"

I nodded joyfully. A full month or two!

"Yes father, would I be allowed to have them over to our house."

He sighed, "So long as you warn Natalie and she is in the house. Now I really must be going goodbye Adrien." He closed my door and I waited five minutes before jumping up and cheering. Plagg started complaining about Camembert and we went to the kitchen to get some.

'I'll get the Miraculouses from the safe early tomorrow morning!" I decided. This was WAY easier than I'd anticipated.

*LE TIME SKIP TO TOMORROW MORNING*

I snuck downstairs quietly as Chat Noir. If there were security cameras like I'd guessed, me being Chat Noir would make father less mad at Natalie.

I remembered the password from the Volpina/Lila incident and opened the safe with ease. I quickly spotted the Moth and Peacock Miraculouses. I grabbed the Moth Miraculous and reached for the Peacock Miraculous when I froze. I stared at the picture of my mom, who was smiling at the camera.

'Would she want me to do this?' I asked myself.

I shook my head and looked at the picture. I swear she looked at the Miraculous and winked at me. Something told me that she would be okay with it.

"Thanks Mom," I whispered, feeling a tear slide down my cheek. I grabbed the Miraculouses, locked the safe, and sprinted out the front door. I turned around and jumped into my window and detransformed. I pontes Plagg to the Camembert plate and fell back asleep after carefully hiding the Miraculouses.
