Strange but Human

Don't lose hope!

( The story is almost done I believe that I making 2 more chapters and then Ill keep working on other books. I had a lot of fun making this one because at the beginning  I was bad but then I progressed. I hope you all enjoy^^)

Alice now had lost all hope. She had been tortured for hours and couldn't take it anymore. She was bruised pretty much everywhere. There was nothing else she could do.

The only thing that she knew was death was probably around the corner for her. Soon she heard the door open and it was a different girl.

This girl seemed strange compared to the others she saw. She had black hair on her right side and white hair on her left.  The girl approached her walking as if she were some kind of zombie.

''Things will change soon you know? Once those other friends of yours come here then it will be history'' the girl said not even giving eye contact to Alice. ''You really haven't met me but my name Elodie and I shouldn't be even be talking. Besides I am just trash and should just burn away from the earth'' Elodie said chuckling a bit.

Alice felt a bit sadness coming from the girl in front of her.'' Your not trash and shouldn't burn. I think that your are the best thing that ever came to earth. I think you and me would have been good friends if we weren't on opposite sides. But who said we couldn't be friend?'' Alice said.

Elodie was fidgeting with her fingers saying nothing. Alice could tell that not a lot of people treated her well. ''Well won't I get in trouble?'' She finally said.'' Of course not! We can just keep this a secret is that alright?''  Alice said to her forcing a smile.

Elodie stops and stared at the ground for at least 1 minute until saying'' um Alright but a secret must be kept''. Suddenly the doors sprang open and there was the killer in front of them, Orez.

''You waste of a human being! Get out and help out! Those damn orphan kids are coming and they are heading towards us! Orez pacing around. Soon the two left the room and Alice was finally alone.

Meanwhile the orphan kids were walking through the forest preparing for a war of their own. 

''Hey Lucy do you think after all this is over we can go to living a normal life?'' Fala said looking up at Lucy with a concerned face. Lucy knew that there was something off with all of this and she was lost in her thoughts until she heard Fala voice.

''Oh hey Fala, sorry I just spaced out. Listen after this I decided something. We should leave the orphanage and we should all go our separate ways'' Lucy said. The kids were shocked and confused.  ''What the hell Lucy!? What do you mean? We can all just live a normal life together as a family and you want us all to go separate way?'' Ace spat out.

Ace was furious with Lucy. ''I have came to realize something about the headmaster. He's sick. He has been obsessed with power and he wanted to have power by using us. I found a diary of his and it was fantasies of him and us. In that fantasia we were part of an army and most of us died in that fantasia. Can't you see he's a sick man!?  

Suddenly everybody stopped and it went dead silence. ''Were here Lucy. They are ready for us'' Corwin said.  Lucy looked in front of her to see the river now had a somewhat looking doorway to the lair of that monster. The children walked through the giant door and saw that the place seemed abandoned.

They saw in another room that scientist were escaping for some reason but soon they heard laughter through the halls. Orez was there and 5 other kids. ''It's pretty sad that it all comes to this. We would have all been good friends but you know who really gives a shit'' Orez said as she chuckled.

''Hey you monster I'm going to make you pay for what you did to my Teresa! Now I'm strong enough to fight you. You murder!'' Anastasia spat out. Suddenly the children clashed with each other while Lucy and Corwin ran to save Alice.

 Lucy kicked the door where Lucy was in. Quickly they to broke the chains but even though they did she didn't move. They tried and tried but it didn't work. ''What the hell? She's not dead is she?'' Lucy said tearing up. ''Lucy we need to go now!'' Corwin said

Corwin picked up Alice and carried her on his back and the kids sprinted back to the fight.  Suddenly right around the corner of their eye they saw a war zone. Suddenly an arrow went to Lucy's right eye. Corwin was going to save her but it didn't work. She fell to the ground and went limp.

''So that makes two orphanage kids I killed over the years. I'm not impressed with it but maybe I can kill all of you!''

Corwin looked to see that almost everyone was down on the ground expect Anastasia was still fighting. ''Why are you doing this to us?! You monster! I'm going to ki-'' Before Corwin could say anything Alice fell out of grip and stood up.  Alice didn't say anything and nobody else did. Alice looked down at Lucy who had an arrow through her right eye. Alice bent down and pulled it out which caused Lucy to finally wake up.

''Hey, were you the one who did this?'' She staring at Orez  with daggers. Orez stared at her with an evil grin. ''Why of course I did but I really was just trying to kill her and now I really just want to kill you'' Orez said giggling. ''Do you think killing is fun for everyone?'' Alice said. Before Orez could speak Alice sped towards her with her hand shaped as a sword.

''Well it's not! It's terrible! Teresa and all these kids here just wanted to live a normal life but that never happened. It was all the fault of the headmaster and people like you who changed our life to be as miserable''  Alice spat out.

.Suddenly Alice cut off Orez legs causing her to fall to the ground. ''It's over now and ill end your life so you don't suffer anymore'' Alice said pointing her sword hand at her head. ''Stop! Don't kill her yet!''A voice shouted.

Alice turned her head to see a man with a mask. The man took of his mask and there he was. The head master. The Headmaster was the mastermind. He done all of this.

( 1 chapter left and it's all over.  I did intend to make him the good guy at the beginning but that changed)
