Chapter 3

Gumball's P.O.V

-I stand in my lab working on cure for blindness.- 'hm this should work, now I just gotta find someone who's blind.' -I say smiling lightly walking to my door.-

-The door slams open, hitting me in the face as I fall to the ground breaking the test tube.- 'My cure!' -I yell looking up to the person opened me my doors.-

-I see Fionna and Cake standing there, their breathing heavily and shaking.- 'Hey guys, what's wrong? Looks like you've seen a ghost.' -I say smiling lightly to them.-

'More like the undead. But they were with Marshall.' -Fionna says looking to me worried.-

'We need to get you out of here, something's wrong with Marshall.' -Cake says wrapping her arms around me.-

'Wait what's wrong with him? Is he okay?' -I ask looking concerned as my smile drops.-

'He wants to capture you. We heard him say it to the undead army he has.' -Fionna says looking at me.- 'So we need to leave before he gets you.'

'Why does he want me? Was he serious?' -I ask looking to them, Marshall liked to pretend to kidnap me but it was in all fun.-

'No, he didn't seem like himself and I'm worried he's gonna do something.' -Fionna says looking away.- 'I think something's wrong.'

'Alright let's go, I'll have the guardians stop him.' -I say but I don't wanna hurt, he's my best friend after all.-

-We run through the halls as we hear the guardians yell evil presence detected. I shiver lightly thinking if this is all real.- Marshall, why? -I say softly as I hear an explosion.-

-one of the walls are shattered as we see the undead walk in.- 'how did they get through the guardians?' -I say as Cake places me down.-

'Run! We can handle this, he wants you after all.' -Fionna says smiling as I nod running off.- 'be safe you two!' -I yell looking back as they nod.-

Fionna's P.O.V

-I stand there looking at the undead.- 'Let's kick some butt Cake!' -I say as she nods running at the undead.-

-I slash through the undead, every time they go down they just keep coming back.- 'what the hell, they won't go down.' -I say backing up as my back hits Cakes back.-

'I know, they won't go down no matter what I do.' -she says as I can tell she's getting tired.-

-the undead comes in closer surrounding us as I hold my sword.- 'what do I do?' -I say as the undead jumps us, they pin me and Cake down.-

'Let me go!' -Cake yells struggling before I hear her scream. I look over seeing her knocked out.- 'Cake!' -I yell struggling but they keep me down.-

-I see one raise their fist.- 'at least Gumball got away.' -I say closing my eyes as the skeleton strikes.-

Gumball's P.O.V

-I run down the halls, out of breath and sweating.- 'where the hell do I go?' -I say softly as I try to think. I hear footsteps so I open a door walking in as I close it.-

-I listen my ear against the door as I hear rattling of bones and metal walk by.- 'I'm safe for now.' -I say softly as I smile.-

'Are you sure about that?' -a voice says as I freeze, the voice is so familiar but I can't act that way to the person. I turn around and see him.-

'Marshall.' -I say softly as he smirks.- 'it's been awhile hasn't it Gummy.'

Chapter three complete! They finally meet but not as friends.
