Vee's POV
Kakarating ko pa sa school. Nakita ko pa ngang hinatid ni daddy si Jae. Unbelievable. Ako sumakay lang ako sa bike ko patungo sa school since it will only take 5 minutes to get there. Pero kung sasakay lang ako ng sasakyan katulad ni Jae, 2 minutes lang siguro.
"Akala mo swerte ka, Valerie? Dahil sa Jae na yon? Pinagtatanggol ka pa? Ha?! Kaano-ano ka ba niya? Mag jowa ba kayo?" Sunod sunod pang tanong ni Alyana sa akin
Hindi ko nga alam kung bakit ang hirap ng pinapagawa ng ama ko sa akin. Mag panggap ako na scholar lang ako. Kaya ayan, bike lang ang ibinigay niya sa akin. Pero may kotse naman ako. Pero hindi niya ipapagamit sa akin yun kung pupunta ako sa school kasi malalaman ng mga tao na mayaman ako.
"Hoy, bakit hindi ka nagsasalita ah?!" Akira pushed me at yun ang dahilan para ma out balance ako. Nalaglag ako sa sahig kasama na yung mga libro ko at tinawanan nila ako saka naglalakad palayo sa akin
"I think you need some help." Sabi ni Darrel at tinulungan akong tumayo saka iniligpit ang aking mga libro
"I told you to stick by my side no matter what. I will protect you even if your sister can't." Sabi niya at napalaki ang mga mata ko
"What?!" Tanong ko
"Well, about yesterday---" I covered his mouth at dinala ko siya sa secret place ko
"You saw me, right?" Tanong ko at nag sighed
"I know you pretty well, Valerie. No need to hide. I can keep a secret. So you finally found your twin? I thought she was dead." Sabi ni Darrel
"Well, my father is such a liar. I wouldn't trust him next time." Sabi ko
"Well, your sister is quite daring. She's the queen of martial arts in her University that's why she's a scholar." Sabi niya
"Why do you know a lot about her?" Tanong ko
"I searched her name. Do you think I wouldn't figure it out? I just saw you eating and laughing at that restaurant. And the announcer announced the gold medalists. Her name is Victoria Renee Wilton. She has a profile in the internet. I didn't know she's actually popular." Sabi niya
"Of course, she is! She's the almighty Victoria! She's very competitive." Proud na sabi ko
"It seems like you are too." Sabi niya at ngumiti
Tumatawa ako "We're totally opposite."
"I don't think so. You're also competitive. You've got skills too." Sabi niya
"Hey, stop it." I laughed "Stop comforting me! I don't need it anyway." I shrugged it off
"Of course, you don't! You're Valerie!" Sabi pa niya at nag pat pa sa aking ulo
"I'll introduce you to my sister. Just remember to keep it a secret." Sabi ko at hinawakan ang kamay niya at hinila ko siya palabas
Pumunta kami sa condo ko. Then pumasok kami sa unit ni Victoria.
"You're already here! Umupo muna kayo at gagawa ako ng juice." Sabi ni Victoria
"Wag na, Vic. By the way, this is Darrel. Mag best friends kami. Darrel, this is Victoria, my twin." Sabi ko pa
"Nice to meet you." Darrel lend his hand and they shook hands
"Nice to meet you, Darrel. So, you were the guy I fought during the tournament." She said and smiled
