I sat there on the hard, dusty floor. I was freezing. My shorts and shirt were both ripped from the beating, that just ended. I was small and alone, my tiny four year old brain didn't understand why my parents brought me here.
They told me we were going on a walk in the forest, as we walked I could hear them talk about all the money that they would get once that got ride of the annoying peace of gum stuck under their shoe. I was confused on what they they were talking about, and what gum? Little did I know they were referring about me.
Once we got here they handed me of and asked for their cash. Instead of getting their reward their heads were chopped of and put onto long metallic poles. I cried my heart out that night, not only because they sold me to some random strangers who were testing me, but also because I trusted them and they died.
Since that night I haven't shed a tear, not even during my beatings. I thought over the things that happened to me in the last two weeks while scratching some of some of my dried blood from previous beatings of of the floor. I stared around the room, it was tiney yet big enough to fit a four year old and a grown man with a wip. The room had no windows and the only way out was through the steel door. It was dark inside the cramped cell, the only source of light came from a slot in the door wide enough to see a pair of eyes if anyone walked past. On the outher wall leaned the two poles that had my parents limp heads on. I didn't look at it for long, when I did I would puke at the memory of the blade slicing my parents heads clean of of their bodys that then fell to the floor.
My heart started racing when I heard the heavy boots of a man walk towards my cell door. "He order her to be brought to the lab straight away. She has survived during her beatings making her strong enough to survive what is to come."The guy said to the two guards outside of my cell.
I heard the door being unlocked and I pushed my self into the the dark corner. I knew it wouldn't change anything. One of the guards came over to me his face set into a light smirk just like the rest of theirs. I kept my eyes trained on him, once he reached me he kneeled down next to me. He motioned the guy to give him something once it was in my line of sight I realized it was just an injection.
The guard who was kneeling down next to me carelessly injected the needle into my arm. I started to feel dizzy and tired, my eyes started fluttering close feeling like a thousand kg. I forced them open to see what was going to happen. The second guard chucked me over his shoulder and the two guards left the room following the guy with the loud boots. They brought me into an extremely white room, something that looks like it belongs in a hospital. The guard lay me onto a cold metal table, and then left with the outher guard only leaving behind the first guy. Through a outhe door a tall bald man came in wearing a lab coat follewed by smaller women all also in lab coats.
The women muttered between each other. I couldn't really hear them from where I was lying strapped down. Yet some words stood out to me that floated in my brain, 'first of many Warriors' and 'she's a bit of everything' left me tired. I closed my eyes, the last thing on my mind was it won't be like the books I read about the princess being captured but then saved by the prince. No, no one was coming or looking for me. I was alone, abandoned.
