I wake up early the morning of April 26th, 2014 with a bright smile on my face. We were arriving in Vegas and we were here for a few days for a couple of shows.

The Hawks were one win away from beating the Blues out of the first round of the playoffs and I hate that I wasn't there to support Patrick and the team, not that he needs any extra help. But I was proud of him and I feel like that doesn't translate well across the country. It's been 56 days since I've last seen him and it's hard. I mean we talk and face time every day but it's not the same. I miss his touch, the way he smelled. I miss looking into those blue eyes and being able to tell him I love him at any second of the day.

We get to the hotel and I bring a few things in, I leave most of my things in the tour bus because I'm lazy. I jump onto my bed and call Patrick.

"Hi baby" he says and I smile.

"Hey, what are you doing" I ask.

"I'm actually driving right now, can I talk to you later" he asks.

"Oh yeah, of course" I insist.

"Sweet. Oh, and happy two years" he says making my heart happy.

"Bye Patrick, I love you" I smile.

"Love you to babe" he replies before hanging up. I let out a long sigh and fall back into my bed.

"Get up bitch! Were going shopping" someone yells. I see Monica at the door and throw a pillow at her. "Is that anyway to treat your maid of honor" she asks.

"Who said you were going to be my maid of honor" I ask.

"Am I" she asks.

"Well... yeah" I admit.

"That's what I thought. Now come on" she says pulling me up.

"I don't want to" I whine.

"Please" she asks.

"No" I pout.

"I'll buy you food" she bargins and I let out a overdramatic groan. She knows she got me to go out.

We go shopping for hours then grab a bite to eat. I didn't say much the whole time because I wasn't in the mood and I finally get released to my hotel room so I can get ready for the first Vegas show.

I pull on a all white sun dress and black heels before throwing on my favorite red leather jacket and pulling hair up, I was in no mood for it today.

I get to the arena and sit on the stage looking out to where 5,000 people will file in to watch us later on. This is a place I dreamed of playing in, the greats like Beyoncé and Prince have played here. But my heart just wasn't in it today. My heart was wherever Patrick was.

"What's got you so blue" Andrew asks sitting next to me.

"Oh nothing. Just missing Patrick more than usual. It's our two year anniversary today and we haven't got to talk a lot. Viv tried to take me out to get my mind off of things, but I can't shake this one" I sigh.

"Hey, they're in the playoffs now, I'm sure you'll see him soon enough" he says nudging my side.

"Yeah. And I really don't want to take a place like this for granted, even if we're here for three shows" I admit.

"There's the Lizzie we all know and love. We can't do this without you. You're the heartbeat, and we all get messed up if you're heart is beating out of tune. We need you" he says.

"Awww Andy are you getting soft on me" I joke poking his side.

"Maybe. I don't like seeing you sad. It's a total mood killer" he smirks.
