KNB Oneshots [Completed]

Kagami x Reader

Got this random idea during the day after reading a caption on Instagram that inspired me to write this.

You had a long bad day. Nothing seemed to go right. You got a low score on your test that dropped your grade, you and your best friend fought over something ridiculous, you lost your homework getting out of class and you had a test the following week.

Amazing way to start out the weekend. Being grateful that the day was over you went into your apartment and threw your stuff to the side. You had all the evening to yourself. You were bored and tired. 

After a few minutes of thinking You decided to not deal with anything in the meantime related to school and distract yourself. You grabbed a bag of chips and played Disney movies for the rest of the day.

Eventually you grabbed your phone and went to check if there was anything interesting going on. There was something, it was your friend posting indirect and of course it's about you.

Sighing you put your phone aside. "Why didn't she say those things to my face not through stupid indirects." You had your favorite plush that your boyfriend gave you on your first date and you hugged it tighter.  You wanted to text him but he was still at practice probably until late at night again.

You couldn't hold it anymore and cried. You cried out of stress and frustration. It was normal all human beings go through it. At one point we just need to let it out.

After a few minutes you took a drink of water and decided to post on your (Instagram/Snapchat) story. Of course using the hide option so your friend wouldn't see it.

It felt childish to do that but you didn't want to deal with more drama. So you talked about your day and how badly it went. After that you felt a bit better and went on watching movies.

《《After practice》》

"Bye Kagami see you tommorow !" His teammates shouted as they waved.

"See you." He walked off happy to go home after a long day. His practice had ended late and hanging out his friends at Maji Burger took more time. The the time being 12 o'clock. But he didn't mind it because of the food and spending time with them. He was happy he could shower in the gym bathrooms all he had to do was head home and sleep.

He then took out his phone and decided to see if there was anything interesting. After scrolling for a bit he got bored but before closing the app he noticed you updated your story. Some of the posts were videos you didn't show your face so it was just more of an audio.

He took out his headphones and began to read the captions and listened to what you said. After finishing he had a frown on his face and put his phone away.

"That idiot didn't text probably thought she would bother me or something."

He then saw some stores still open and went inside the first one.

《《Your Apartment》》

It was near 1 o'clock yet you couldn't fall asleep you problems kept slipping into your mind. You were listening to music as you cleaned your living room putting everything away: throwing away the food wrappers and placing your plush back into your room trying to distract yourself. You sighed and decided you still didn't want to go to bed. So you went on Netflix and decided to look for another movie.

As you were searching you heard a sudden knock on your door. That almost made you drop the remote. You placed it down and stood up nervously walking to the door.

Knock! Knock!
"(First Name) are you there?" You let out a huge sigh of relief as it was only your boyfriend. You quickly opened the door and let him in.

"What's wrong Taiga did something-" you suddenly were embraced by warm arms. "T-Taiga?" You were completely surprised by the late night visit and how he was acting.

He let you go then Kagami handed you a plush of (Favotite Animal) and a small bag. His cheeks were slightly pink. "What's all this for?" You said looking at him questionably.

"I...I saw your story and that you were having a rough day so I wanted to cheer you up." You blushed and couldn't believe your boyfriend took the time to buy you a small gift and to come over at 1 am to cheer you up.

You quickly placed your gift to the side and gave him a huge hug. "This was the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me. Thank you Taiga." He kissed your forehead and hugged you back. "It's nothing (First Name) anything to see you smile."

"Let's sit down I want to see what you got me!" He chuckled and nodded. You both sat down on the couch and he silently watched you take out the stuff from the small cute bag with your new plush in your lap. You took out your favorite sweets,  hairclips, even cute school supplies. You had a huge smile seeing everything laid out.

You looked up and noticed he was leaning staring at you with a small smile on his face. "W-Why are you staring at me like that?" He chuckled. "Is it bad to show how glad I am to see my girlfriend happy?" You blushed. "No..." You mumbled.

You put everything back in the bag and your plush aside and went closer to him. "I'm so lucky to have a boyfriend like you." He leaned in and gave you a kiss. He pulled away and placed his forehead on yours smiling. "I'm the one who's lucky to have you."

I need to get myself a guy like Kagami to do all these sweet gestures.   😭
