Chapter 6
Tristan's pov
I ran after Evie(I got that name from my son always playing Pokemon lol) I had to find her.
She was in serious danger.
Once people knew she was a fire element they would kill her.
See fire elements were the most popular in our world.
They would have control over all of us.
No one wanted that so they would kill to make sure it didn't happen.
I needed to help her learn her element.
That way she won't be so vulnerable.
I found her sitting on a log crying fire all around her.
As soon as she saw me she ran up to me.
"I'm a freak. I can't stay here I'll go with you. "
"Evie your not a freak your one of a kind. We need to leave right away your not safe here. "
"I don't need anything let's just go. "
I held her until we got to my car.
I got her in then hurried to get in myself.
I needed to get her to my place fast.
I felt trouble was coming.
Her family would be safe they were very strong elements.
My only goal was to keep her safe.
That was one thing I would never fail at.
I wouldn't marry her like my family wanted, but no one will ever hurt her.
She seemed so fragile right now.
I know she will be unstoppable once she learns to use her powers.
I needed to show her being an element was a beautiful thing.
She was not a freak.
I remember feeling just like her when I had my change.
I almost downed before I learned to reign in my powers.
My older sister showed me everything I know.
She was in a way my protector.
I couldn't save her when they came to kill her.
I won't make that mistake again.
They won't take anyone from me again.
Thier were people that killed us for our powers.
Whoever killed us could take on our powers.
These monsters needed to be stopped.
All that could happen if I got Evie to her full potential.
Yes I guess in a way I was using her to avenge my sisters death.
This group has taken everyone I loved away from me.
So I would do whatever it takes to stop them.
Their like a malicious group.
Some of them are elements and kill thier own mind to become more powerful.
It will be just a matter of time before they find out about Evie, and come for her.
They didn't know where I lived as of yet.
I needed her to snap out of it.
She had a lot to learn, and the faster the better.
