He skates?

Hey everyone it's Hoody_Mouse, it's a great day to be alive cause a nigga almost killed himself.

So this chapter is based off my insane love for skateboarding, please forgive me; I've dreamt of becoming pro and riding for the company's​, I do it for the enjoyment, passion and hype, not really for the money.

It's a beautiful day at Beachcity, and it's been 2 weeks into the Diaz family vacation, going to see places and explore other grounds personally. Steven and Amethyst were going to chill a the indoor Beachcity skatepark, and to also give the kids around there some skate gear.

Star and Marco were going to just chill in their hotel room, while Jackie left for the indoor skatepark cause she heard there were gonna be some giveaways and just to make sure she hasn't lost her groove.

At the skatepark/2:30pm........

Steven and Amethyst were giving out gear to kids, some fought over somethings and did tricks for their prizes, but Steven had a little contest of who could go all the way of the down rail for Steven's blue Nike Sb signature slip-on shoes and a kid won it first try. Jackie soon arrives to see the place and is impressed, then focusing on killin' it at the park.

"Amethyst! Kickflip front board the 10 stair rail" Steven said as Amethyst lands with a toe drag.

"Redo?" Amethyst asked.

"If you want to" Steven said as Amethyst does it again and lands bolts.

"Much better, can't be losing my go to" Amethyst said rolling over to Steven, and high-fiving him.

"Isn't that the girl that was with that girl you like" Amethyst asked.

"Yeah, let's see what the new blood got" Steven said rolling over the giant stairs, where Jackie was setting up.

"Hey" Steven said.

"Hey, your Steven right?" Jackie asked getting up.

"Yeah, the girls at the beach made it pretty obvious" Steven said scratching the back of his head.

"Well, I'm Jackie Lynn Thomas, just call me Jackie" Jackie said.

"Steven, Steven Quartz Universe, people call me baby face" Steven said referring to his face.

"No one calls him that, hey, I'm Amethyst" Amethyst said.

"Cool, you an alien or something​?" Jackie asked referring to her skin.

"Yeah, gem like me and him, but we'll explain later" Amethyst said.

"So your new huh?" Steven asked.

"Yeah, just here for vacation until school" Jackie said.

"Awesome, so let's see what you've got" Amethyst said.

"Sure, I'll warm up with an Inward Heel" Jackie said.

"First T?" Amethyst asked.

"First T" Jackie said skating onto the main grounds, setting her feet in place and then performing the trick without any trouble.

"Damn, that try takes me like 10 tries before I can land it" Steven said as they spend an hour skating, so the facility have the three have a ninja training. (A ninja training in skate is performing a bunch of tricks​ on an obstacle, mostly the manual pad, as fast as their feet can allow them). Watch the video, the guy with a beanie is Steven, the guy with the snapback is Jackie and the guy without headwear is Amethyst.

After the ninja training/7:34pm.......

"Damn, that was the hardest ninja training I've ever gone through" Amethyst said.

"I'm wasted" Steven said cause he was breathing hard and spread eagle on the floor.

"That shit was hard" Jackie said.

"I think I'm done, catch you later J" Amethyst said leaving for the temple.

"J?" Jackie asked with a confused facial expression.

"She gives people nicknames a lot, J as in short for Jackie" Steven explained.

"Oh, well, I guess I better start going so my friends​ don't get worried" Jackie said.

"So your friends with that girl?" Steven asked getting up and grabbing a bottle of mountain dew from his bag.

"Yeah, she like totally......" Jackie said pausing not to spill the beans.

"She totally what?" Steven asked.

"Never mind, but yeah, she my best friend" Jackie said.

"So I was wondering if I could get her number?" Steven asked scratching the back of his head, completely​embarrassed.

"Sure, then I give you mine and I get yours, maybe we could skate the street sometime" Jackie said pulling out her phone, as Steven does the same and they exchange numbers.

"So, I'll catch you later" Steven said.

"Later" Jackie said leaving for the hotel.

At the hotel/8:24pm.......

Star and Marco were getting worried about Jackie​ returning home this late, just as they were about to go look for her, the doorbell rings and they find Jackie standing there.

"Jackie! Where have you been?" Marco asked pulling Jackie​into a tight hug.

"The skatepark, I told you guys that I might be late" Jackie said as Marco let go.

"We didn't expect it to be this late" Marco said.

"You guys don't really know me then, cause one time, I slept at a skatepark" Jackie said setting her things down and in a chair.

"So, you enjoy yourself?" Star asked as Jackie explained everything about her day, just as Jackie was about to leave with Marco going to sleep in her room for the night, she stops in her track and looks at Star with a smirk and throwing a piece of paper to her, in which she caught.

"Happy friendship day" Jackie said finally leaving with Marco.

"Yeah, I forgot about that" Star said feeling bad cause she had no company, but that expression didn't last long as she sees what's inside.

"Ah!!!" Star screamed like a little girl, jumping up and down on her bed.

"What did you give her?" Marco asked.

"Steven's number" Jackie said.

"Thought as much" Marco said.

"I'm just gonna play it cool, and the-" Star thought being cut off by a text, from Steven.

"Hey, Star right, I got your number from Jackie, hope your okay with that?" Steven texted.

"He's already making a move, what do I do, what do I do?!?!!!" Star thought panicking, soon calming down and texting him back.

So this is another chapter written, finished and uploaded; please do not hesitate to share the story.
